Works better than anything for my auto accident caused back and neck pain.

Myofacial pain massage therapist began to end t-bone whiplash pain. Finally. Accupressure mat, etc., on t-shirt body or in pillowcase perfect at home complement to get me pain free and moving, or to be able to sleep. TY ProsourceKit. I would never have believed testimonies, but this trained neuroscientist discovered for himself. Except I can't use on bare skin. CIA waterboarding weak compared to whole back "accupressure". Maybe I'll get a $50 mil contract?

Writing this while on the matt. This is going to be a part of my daily routine. At first it obvi doesn’t feel the best, but if you stay through it and breath it gives you SO much relief. I’m coming off the flu and this has helped me feel human again. I really got it bc I have a lot joint pain and skin issues from psoriasis…my hope is it helps my skin condition but at the end of the day it feels amazing for a general wellness routine to release chronic pain. I’m glad I got this instead of the pricey big brands like prana. Thank you seller!!! (:

Holy relaxation!

I have been laying on this mat the past several nights before bed. Not sure how it works, but my body feels so relaxed & I have been sleeping like a baby after a 20 minute session. Greatly helping my insomnia. However, I initially purchased for back pain and I’ve notice very little difference. Overall still love.

Feels great, Well made

I love this. It hurts to pick up but laying on it feels amazing! I’ve rolled around on it and enjoy the tingling and relaxation that comes. Only used a few times so far so don’t know short long term benefits but liking it a lot so far. Appears to be well made and love the carrying bag

Great Product! Perfect for yoga and pain relief!

This is initially painful! However my husband and I, are in a lot of pain every day. Chronic pain and specific pain with exacerbations! Medication and I mean heavy duty meds can only do so much! This is helpful because even though you feel pain initially it then starts making you feel relieved and more relaxed! I did a lot of research on these and so far after finding a very expensive brand, I found this one for more than half the cost! Sleep also is much better I guess because our muscles are not as tight and as far as easy to use? I don’t know how much easier it could be! I absolutely love the bag it come in! You just take it out with the pillow, lay it on the floor and just lay on it in whatever position you want to start in! I usually spray the back of it since that part goes on the floor! I recommend this product for any one who has neck and back pain!

This would have received 5 stars if the points were not quite so sharp. This product requires care. I wouldn't have it out in a room with small children or pets. Laying on it does release tight muscles, and using the pillow under my neck works wonders at relieving those tight muscles from "tech neck".

Great little torture mat

I had been looking at this and other varieties for a while before finally buckling down and getting one. It arrived today, and I immediately had to try it. What was I thinking! I have fibromyalgia and read a ton about the benefits of acupressure and in hopes for it to help relieve some stiffness and help with sleep etc, I dove right in. Yea, OUCH! It definitely was uncomfortable and required a few adjustments and having to get off and try again, I finally tried to relax. After a few minutes it felt great! The discomfort started going away and was replaced with an odd pulsating sensation radiated from my shoulders to my lower back. I put on some music to help relax a bit more, and a set a timer for 10 minutes of torture. Needless to say after I was done I felt do much better than when I had this morning! I felt loose and tired. Will be using again tonight to help fall asleep. My neighbor who has some issues with her shoulder is also wanting to try it as well! It's definitely worth it since I haven't stiffened up all day!

Not as bad as you think, pretty good

I was expecting this to be a real torture device, tried laying down on I t with a shirt on & was fine, have only used it for 1 day. will use it at night to try to relax before bed
