Waterproof but heavy.
It's waterproof but it's heavy. I don't want to wear it for an X-Ray, I just need it to catch some spills. ???? I would also like to say that I was NOT sent the advertised bib, instead, I received an ugly one with Hospital blue/green trim. No one wants to feel like they're in the Hospital. So, this is what I did: Being a Hairstylist, I have many, (very light weight) full chemical aprons and drapes (that look beautiful). So, I cut 1/2 the apron and now I have a beautiful bib.

Heavier than I thought
This product is well-made but it’s a lot heavier than I thought I thought it would be more like a cot with a like plastic coat but it is not it’s more of a flannel type material. It does do the the job.

Adult bibs that work to help keep your clothes clean and dry and they can even prevent scalding from hot drinks!
The media could not be loaded. We are helping to take care of my wife’s elderly mother. She is having trouble eating and she drops food onto her clothing and she can also spill what she is drinking. We purchased two of these to give to her and they are so nice and work well that we will purchase additional ones. The floral colored surface is a soft material that is absorbent and the back of the bib is a waterproof material to protect your clothing from spills. The spills are absorbed into the top layer and cannot reach your clothing. The bibs are 35 inches long and 18 inches wide and when my wife tried them on in the video they even cover her entire lap when she is sitting down. The front and back layers of material are sewn together with a boarder material wrapped around the edge and the stitching is nicely done. The bibs are washable. The neck has two locations to snap the collar shut to fit a smaller and larger neck diameter. I show them in the video. These are a nice product and they worked well for our needs. It helps her mom keep her clothes cleaner and it makes her happy. We rated these at 5 stars. We use these every day for every meal.

Good and bad.
It is long, so offers good coverage, with fabric on the front and plastic on the back, so the protection should be good. It is pretty stiff, so I will be washing it at least once prior to first use, There are two snap closures, so neckline is adjustable, all good things, but... the picture of this "floral" looks NOTHING like this picture. It is a hideous brown and purple mash up with a mint green seam binding. The good news is you'll never notice if someone spills something on it. I suggest a glass of wine before dinner, so when you sit across the dinner table from this, it's a little easier to look at.

Practical, easy to clean, good product
I'm surprised how much I use this apron. I enjoy reclining and watching TV while I eat, and that leaves ample opportunity for food to spill or crumble on my lap or above. What is amazing is how easily this cleans off! If I wipe off a liquid spill, it has not stained the front at all. It is large enough to cover me and it is easy to fold over and pour the crumbs into the trash. Besides all that, it looks nice, too.

Floral Mealtime Protectors do a Great Job
These mealtime protectors were bought for my mother-in-law who is in assisted-living and has many health challenges. The apron/bib is an excellent shield for her clothing. As a result, less of her wardrobe ends up in the laundry hamper. The colorway of the floral fabric is perfect. However the colors are quite a bit stronger than the picture shown of the lady standing at the table with dark hair. But these stronger colors are a a good thing because they tend to mask any spills;-) I launder in warm-water, dry on delicate for about 15 minutes and then hang to finish drying. They clean and dry like new - no funny shrinkage.

Différent de la photo
Pas du tout la même couleur que la photo. Motif fleuri mais brun foncé et contour vert plutôt que pâle comme sur le mannequin. Il fait donc très vieux style. De plus, il est vraiment très long et encombrant. Le collet n'est pas ajustable donc ne convient pas à toutes les silhouettes. Par ailleurs le produit n'est pas retournable ni remboursable selon amazon. Je suis déçue de ce produit gaspillage d'argent .

Nice!
After 7 years of machine washings mine is a little frayed along the neckline. Nothing that a row of seam binding couldn’t make look almost like new again. My husband’s is fairing a bit better. To be honest, I don’t think you would be disappointed in this item or the vendor! Seven years is awesome!
