Works great. Love the movable pockets
This bag works great. I use it as a jump bag for and EMT competition. It is big enough to hold everything I need for vitals, trauma, airway, and meds. Definitely worth the money and it holds up great.

Bright orange. Can't lose that in a snow storm or a cluttered house due to circumstances.!
Big enough to store most of the monumental amount caregiver/spouse needs for home care of husband prior to his recent passing. Holds medicines such as body lotions, catheters, Foley bags, wipes, etc. Keeps everything in a good place. Easy to find it.

Adequate size
Tired of all supplies being scattered about in the bathroom cupboard, so this helped organize them in all one place. Big enough for BP machine, digital hand held thermometers, etc. I took the time to sew in liners with heavy button thread, which was 2 hours, but time well spent. I don't have this crammed, as I don't want my sensitive electronics damaged, as this is a custom home kit. When full, and I pick it up, the bottom remains flat. I still may put a cut out of foam board in the bottom, just to maintain rigidity, as I'm sure I'll be adding a few more items. I like the water proof bottom, which include 4 "feet". So I'm happy with the size and quality for the money. Hope the zips stay good. You can lock the zips with a luggage lock, if you want. Free small gift of tape and a mylar blanket included. Just may add my DPOA papers in there, as well. I like to be prepared. There's room enough for a persons meds, in the event of an ER or Dr visit, in case there's any questions about what they are taking. A good light use bag. It's supposed to be water resistant, so I'll probably use some Camp Spray or Teflon when I've got it fully loaded. A great buy!

NOT For First Responders
I purchased the bag for home use, simply to keep all of the first aid and medical items organized and in one safe place. Here are my two cents.. . The zippers are absolutely terrible. Constantly snagged and getting hung up. . The dividers work pretty well, but are deep.. and can be difficult to get things from the bottom. . There is a LOT of room in this bag. You could cram a ton of stuff into it, just stay organized. . The main flap doesn't give enough access to the sides and requires a flashlight at times. . Outside compartments have removable clear inserts which are nice.. again, zippers are poor. Overall it serves the purpose for me. However, if I were an EMT I would avoid this bag. It would take to long to get things out of the deep narrow pockets, the zippers would add critical time to accessing vital supplies, and even in a lit room it can be difficult to see certain areas. I suppose its all up to personal opinion.. but I find this bag cheaply made. UPDATE: It's been two years since my original purchase, and my opinion hasn't changed on this product. The opening flap is flimsy. With that said, after having multiple zipper snags trying to open it in a hurry, the items held in the straps on the lid went flying. When being mobile with this bag things tend to shift around on me. Again, not a good selection for a First Responder.. but serves the purpose for me. If you are a medic, certainly search for a better quality product.

goldilock size :)
it took me a while to find a bag that was just the size i wanted - this one is perfect - not too big, not too small. i can fit a whole bunch of equipment in there without it pulling me over every time i put it on my shoulder. the material is also great durable quality and the zipper is good. sometimes you get those cheap zippers that stick or snag, but this is a nice smooth one. the dividers are also nice - you can select which ones you want and customize the inside to what you need in it on any given day. overall i was very very happy w it so far. also it got there on time and in good packaging / good condition

The dividers are great
I like the dividers in the bag, you may still have to put more than one item in a section, but it has a lot of room and the dividers.

EXACTLY what I needed!
I am a homebirth midwife and I have been looking for years for the perfect bag. THIS IS IT! Why spend $300 on a Iron Duck bag? Other midwives have seen my bag and asked where I got it from. It is the perfect size for almost all my equipment. ( I like having more than one bag anyways because otherwise I can't carry them easily).

Great for work
Bought for work purposes. Great bag, able to fit a lot of dressings and equipment in the bag. Only problem I have had is the Long handle clip has broken.

Good quality and decent size.
A good quality bag, and a decent size for my kit. It really could do with another 4 grab bags of different colours with it to make it almost perfect. All in all, very happy.

Pretty solid kit
Let me start by saying that I'm not a paramedic or EMT. I bought this bag because I wanted to have most of my first aid supplies and medicine in one easy to find, and organized package. Why? In case we need to bug out due to natural disaster, and because I've had the experience of having to look for a certain cream or size of bandaid in 3 different drawers. Overall I'm pretty happy with it. I'm giving this product 4 stars because the way that the internal compartments hold together is not the best. The main compartment tray (for lack of a better word) is made up of pieces which you velcro to each other. In theory, this system is modular, and allows you to adjust the bag to your individual needs. In practice, they're always coming apart, and it's irritating me to no end. I'm going to have to sow them together, which I'm not looking forward to. The detachable side pouches actually velcro to the top of the side compartments, and take up about half the available volume. I turned one into a trauma kit, and the other into a boo-boo kit, such that in an emergency I'm not looking for a tourniquet or trauma bandage in the large compartment. Similarly, if a bunch of us are camping and someone cuts their finger, I won't need to get the whole bag out of the car. Overall it seems pretty sturdy. I like it

Great addition for my medical preps
Overall construction is good, I like that the bottom is reinforced with a durable rubber coating, Big enough to store a lot of medical Items, I've set mine up with a mix of everything that can/could happen in a real life scenario, not fantasy end of the world.... The two end pockets are good sized with detachable pouches that velcro to the inside. I've set those up with minor injuries supplies, Steri strips, bandaids ointments, eyedrops, 2g packs of celox, tweezers. What you can attribute to a ''Boo Boo'' The centre of the pack is where the meat and potatoes are. More traumatic injuries such as heavy bleeding. Compression bandages, 15G Packs of Celox, Cat TQ, Modular bandages etc. I think having some medical supplies in your preps (If you prep, and if you don't you're kinda weird not to) Because you just don't know what could go wrong.
