Great for for the dbxl. Is it worth it though ?

I bought this predicted for my losi dbxl k&n edition. It looks and fits great. However I’m starting to question what the point of having one of these is other than looking cool. After 1 good run in a dusty area this thing seems perfectly clean and it’s my main filter packed with dirt. I’m not really sure what it’s supposed to keep out of the filter honestly but it’s not great at keeping dirt out.

Fits New DBXL 2.0

Fits like a glove probably because the 5t 1.0 and the DBXL 2.0 have the same filter assembly. You can one cheaper with outerwears but you won’t get the Losi logo.
