Very handy.
It’s sturdy for the price and definitely worth the buy. Use it for my 4” jointer/planer. The direction’s could have been better done but its all there. Study the diagrams first. Big thing…an extra set of hands would be helpful holding legs while trying to fasten things together, you’ll understand that when you try. Overall good product. I would buy another if the need arises.

Powertec UT 1002 Universal Tool Stand
Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Using this as a stand for a radial arm saw. Provided hardware was enough to assemble the stand. Added 4 screws to make the top more secure. Screws provided are all one size. These were too long for the shelf and poked through the top of the board.

Great little bench for my needs
I was looking for a small, solid bench that I could move out of the way when I wasn't using it to mount my Lee reloading press on. It works great and is very solid. All the included hardware nuts are Nyloc style so they stay tight once you assemble them. I did use a 12v impact to assemble it but you could do it by hand if needed.

Simple & Sturdy
This is the identical product to one I bought from Sears 15 years ago, and have my drill press mounted on. When I realized this new stand was the same, I was most pleased. It’s not difficult to assemble, just a bit ‘wobbly’ until fully assembled. Great product, and the am confident I will get twenty years out of this one as well. I concluded there were not a lot of this type of bench on Amazon. I will be mounting my band saw on this one. The top consists of two halves that can be separated by about 6” if you need a wider table, but don’t mind having a gap in the middle. I’ve never used that feature.

Very satisfactory folding workbench
This is a very satisfactory folding workbench / vise; substantially equivalent to the Black and Decker Workmate that I bought 30 or 40 years ago and that is still doing good work. I was worried that such an inexpensive unit would be weak; but this one feels pleasingly sturdy, once it's assembled with everything tight. A number of reviewers have complained that various designs of folding workbench are difficult to assemble. This one took a substantial time (1 1/2 or 2 hours), but everything was reasonably straightforward. Some suggestions for assembly: (a) A reviewer mentioned that he needed a lot of force to drive the wood screws that hold the table top boards in place. I agree; I worried about stripping the screw head. The screws will go in much more easily and hold equally well if you lubricate them with soap: Just roll the screw threads on a bar of soap so they pickup a bit of soap, and then drive the lubricated screw into the pre-drilled hole. (b) The M6 bolts that hold the legs to the cross-bars don't have any locking system: I suggest putting the flat washer provided under the bolt head to give a better grip on the large hole, and adding a lock washer under the nut. If you don't have a metric lock washer, a 1/4" lock washer works fine. (c) One end of the crank assembly is designed to pivot around a single M8 bolt with a nylon-insert lock nut. On my unit, the nut was much too loose on both crank assemblies, so the outer board of the vise flopped around. Tightening these nuts more than a turn gave a tightness where the unit moved and pivoted smoothly and didn't flop. Check this before you screw the top boards to the crank assembly. I didn't notice the flopping until the unit was completely assembled, so I had to remove the 8 wood screws in order to get at the problem nuts. One suggested improvement: These workbenches usually have a shallow horizontal grove running down the inside of each vise jaw, which is very convenient when you need to grip a round object. This unit had a flat face with no groove. If you have a table saw, it is easy to cut a groove: 1/16" deep and 3/16" wide is about right.

Good unit for the price.
While I haven't actually used this bench yet, I just finished assembling it, I think it's a decent unit for the money. I intend to use it mostly for sawing and drilling smaller pieces of lumber. I only has a small shed work area and the fact that it folds up for storage was a plus. Working alone it took me about 2 hours to assemble. It would have gone a lot faster if I'd had a helper to hold things during the process, but I got it done. There were no missing parts and everything fit correctly. Directions are a bit vague at times. I had to refer to the picture on Amazon and zoom in a couple times. Most of the bolt holes have tight clearance so don't tighten the bolts all the way until all are in. The wood screws that hold the crank assemblies to the boards went in rather hard. You might be tempted to use a drill driver bit but I wouldn't because you'll end up ruining the tops of the Phillips head screws. It did take some muscle to tighten them. I read where some people were using these units for drill presses, etc. I don't know about that, while it's rated to hold 220 lbs it seems to be a bit flimsy for that. Light weight clamping is all I wanted it for. So far really happy with it.

stand top too small for saw it was listed with not compatable !!!!!!!
The stand is good. The problem is it was listed with the saw,but is not compatable with the saw, The saw bottom is larger than the stand top. Can't bolt down

Strong and sturdy
Got this for my husband to hold his sander and it’s doing great so far. Very sturdy, great size and easy to assemble.

Poor Quality, Poor design
Both upper and lower MDF tables are too thin and both are split in half for shipping which severely compromises structural strength. Wood screws are designed for wood, not MDF. Use MDF screws. Metal structure metal is too thin for a tool stand. The one levelling adjuster requires adjusting of both nuts, not convenient or practical for a stand which might hold one or two very heavy tools bolted to the top.

Powerblock Stand DIY
It wasn't an easy project without any plans but loved the challenge and for $100 shipped this is a great project to tackle and a no brainer if you got Powerblock.

Surprisingly solid for the price!
The stand was easy to assemble and the parts seemed well made. I've been using it as a stand for a small drill press and a small belt sander - it's been very solid and hasn't caused any issues so far. You may want to put a clear coat on the MDF top / shelf pieces if you think there's any risk that they're going to get wet or get oil on them, though, as they're completely unfinished.

A total waste of my time and money.
Leave this one alone folks. This stand came super well packed, and the box arrived intact. However, the parts were scratched , esp. the rail displaying the makers name. Each part should have been wrapped individually. The steel is way too light for its purpose, and once I had the unit assembled it wobbles with at least a 1.5"-2" inch play. To make this stand usable and safe, I will now have to weld the parts together, and replace the 1/2" particle board with 3/4" plywood. I bought this stand for a 50 lb. drill press for which it is totally inadequate. Do yourself a favour and save your penny's and buy a Kreg. Save yourself the hassle of trying to salvage something thats not worth the work it takes to fix it. Honestly if I end up returning this piece of junk it will go as it. I won't waste my time dismantling the thing. Good luck.

A medium duty stand.
For the price this is a decent stand. The metal could be thicker and the fasteners are poor quality, but overall once together with the top screwed down it should support most power tools.
