The small ones are very small and can't be returned
I thought I was buying the correct size and got two pair. They are quite small, more like for children (and I have very small feet for a woman). I wanted to return and exchange for a larger size, but Amazon won't let me! I have some of these that say size medium on them, and they are much larger than the small ones. So I guess if you want the medium size, you have to buy "regular" which are indicated as being men's size! Very confusing and frustrating.

My plantar cure
I had been struggling with a plantar flare up for the last three months from what essentially amounted to a very painful heel spur. No amount of icing, stretching, sleep bracing, or resting seemed to help. I finally broke down and went to the podiatrist that gave me an anti-inflamatory shot in my heel and a wrap. 5 minutes and $150 later, the wrap made the pain go away and everything felt much better for the few days to follow. When I removed the wrap, the pain started to creep back. Fortunately I had already taken the proactive step of getting these arch boosters which came by mail shortly after. I have so far turned down the $300 custom orthotics podiatrists love to sell you as I've been using powerstep pinnacle insoles for 5 years now and they had kept my feet pain free until just this recent flare up. Adding these arch boosters made a huge difference. I have gained significant weight in the last couple years and have very flat feet so the additional arch support was apparently exactly what I needed to take the strain off of my plantar fascia. I have read that a vast majority of plantar fasciitis sufferers are overweight and I'm definitely in that category right now. This pair of boosters comes with peel-off sticky pads on both sides. You attach them to the bottom of your powersteps flush inside the crux of the where arch bend peaks. The included instructions are pretty vague with no pictures to show where they should be placed exactly, but my best guess had a dramatic effect. The end result is the arch of the powerstep won't necessarily be raised, but the fairly dense foam pad prevents the arch in the powerstep from giving as much when you place weight on it. No give means no stretch and strain on plantar fascia I can only assume. It's a simple adjustment really and at first you'll feel like theres a cotton wad shoved under your arch area, but I never found it to be uncomfortable and I adjusted quickly. My only gripe, if I have one, is the tape. I have no intentions of using a pair of powersteps and pair of boosters for every pair of shoes I own, so having this arch pad sticking to my shoe is not ideal. My solution was to simply leave the sticker covered, but I worry with time and wear, the wax paper covering the sticker will come off causing a tackiness issue when I remove and reinsert powersteps from shoe to shoe. Also, when I attempted to remove and adjust one booster, the tape ripped off from the booster and stuck to the powerstep inserts. So keep in mind once you stick these on, the ability to remove and restick is limited. Ultimately though, this has been a wonderful addition to my arsenal in dealing with biomechanically challenged feet and I'll be buying more.

Not much there
These are thinner than I had hoped. Don’t give enough support

Perfect and affordable
I have inserts in a few pair of shoes. I didn’t want to spend a lot to put inserts in all my shoes so I bought these to try. They work great and affordable

Knock off of the real deal
I’ve been given this type of thing from a pediatrist, those were much denser material and the adhesive was like gorilla glue. That being said, these work. I don’t expect them to last long. Also 1 package only came with one pad, ur Amazon refunded immediately.

Good temp addition to my insoles.
good addition to high arches. My insoles aren't high enough for my likes and any weight I can take off my heel spurs is good. I put these on top of the insoles. They don't stick easily and will eventually fall apart since it is foam, but I get a few months use out of them before I have to replace them. the glue/stickiness is ok and you have to get it right the first time. If you need to take off and reposition, it won't stay on long. I would recommend taking off the laces on your shoes every time. If you just slip on/slip off like I do most of the time, the foam isn't going to last long as you will keep pushing against it. subtracted a star for this. But what can you expect for like $6 ,so that is why I gave them so many stars for foam.

A lot of Hype!
Someone is going around saying that these $5 arch supports relieved his plantar fasciitis. If they did wouldn't eveyone be ordering them, espescially since they're so cheap? I had tried these arch supports since I had insoles from the same company, Powerstep. The insoles are good, but these arch supports I cannot say the same for. They arrived at my place and the supports are supposed to have adhesive on both sides of it. However, after ordering a few pairs, I noticed that the adhesive falls off on at least one of the supports in every pair that I have gotten. Aside from that the arch supports have very poor directions, which are extremely vague in terms of where to place them on the insole. Keep in mind if you're just slightly off with where you place them you will actually cause foot pain instead of relieving it. I had to move the supports around a bit until I finally found a decent spot. Although they do help with pronation, my feet never really got used to them and it felt like something was digging into my feet. I called the company, Powerstep, regarding their manufacturer defect with the supports, and they were rude and abrasive claiming that they were not aware of any problems with the arch supports. I finally sent them back a pair, where like all the others I got, the adhesive instantly came off. I cannot say that this $5 product didn't cure someone's plantar fasciitis, however I would tend to doubt it. And in my own personal experience it certainly did not work for me. This item is poorly made and every single one that I had had at least one adhesive come off immediately. If the company were smart they would incorporate this kind of arch support into one of their insoles and then it would be a seamless product and probably support a lot better. Nonetheless, I would not recommend this to anybody!

Ordered grey, received blue.
I ordered the 'Regular, Regular' Grey inserts, which are described as larger than the 'Regular, Small' Blue ones. I received the Blue inserts, which are indeed, too small. Since the only offer for replacement was for "the exact same thing", I requested a refund, and then immediately went to select the correct one for a new purchase. Surprise, price went up ~$2.00. Ordered anyway, we'll see which ones I get this time. Extremely frustrating.
