It's okay.

Washing is okay, the nose area is somehow you cannot really reach. The jade is somehow useless, it burns so hot and I felt pain and redness after using it on my face. I don't really recommend this for your daily facial wash.

Best cleansing device I have ever owned.

I did not get mine on Amazon, but this is the only cleansing device I have ever had that I truly feel like I love. I had the PMD Clean Pro, and it was good, but the metal plate sucked in comparison to the jade stone. The jade is nice, smooth, and it holds heat. The metal had unexpected problems with edges that scratched me, so I rarely used it. I love this little thing more than I ever have any cleansing device I have had before it. It doesn’t hurt me; something I never expected to appreciate. There are no replacement brush heads to collect nastiness if neglected, and waste my money. I don’t believe the Woo about the jade, but it’s a good addition just based on how nice it feels. It glides across my skin easily and is surprisingly affective at helping me apply moisturizer. Moisturizer absorbs extremely quickly when I use it. I love that the silicone bristles are a massaging cleanse. It doesn’t damage my skin. I look forward to using the device because my face and neck always feel so calm and comfortable afterward. I can tell that the gentle massage makes a difference in my skin over time. If you buy a cleansing device at all then you should buy this one. On top of being delightful to use it’s always super easy to clean, and the battery life is great. It’s a one time expense and I can tell you that my skin has improved a lot with use. It’s also really cute. P.S. Jade is a stone. As with all stones and crystals, it has no healing mystical properties. It makes a nice massager. That’s all. If you have any mental or physical health problems seek medical care. If you are in the USA and can’t afford medical care go to the ER. Science is ALWAYS more reliable than alternative medicine. It doesn’t always have answers to every problem, but science-based medicine is actually medicine. There are a wealth of bad doctors out there. You can always keep working on finding one that knows what they are doing.
