Soft and comfy

I bought this comforter 5 years ago and it’s been great. It’s soft and love the color. It washed up nicely and doesn’t get bunched up. I liked it so much I replaced it with the same exact one because my husband accidentally cut a hole in it (eye roll).

Great comforter!

This comforter is great. A few reviewers mentioned this comforter was very hot. That is not the case for me, which is weird because I am ALWAYS hot. We use a sheet a this comforter. It is 100% polyester so I could see how it would be. I think because we have the sheet between our body and the comforter it is less hot. Our old comforter was 100% cotton and this one is a little warmer, but not that much. If I hadn't read in the reviews that people were hot, I probably wouldn't have really noticed or paid attention as much. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the color. The color is nice, but I would not call is Sky Blue. It is darker than the picture shows and maybe more like a blue gray. It still matches my room so I'm happy. My older comforter matches the picture better. In the picture below the comforter on the left is my old comforter, which I feel is a true sky blue. I know the colors didn't show up too well but at least you can see the difference in the darkness of color compared to my old comforter.

WOW!!

The photo of this comforter simply does not do it justice. I expected a dull, almost suede-like exterior, and what I got was an almost sleeping-bag smooth, shiny, attractive/simple design comforter. It's got a lot of loft (a lot more than most other modern comforters), and it provides a lot of warmth. The color combo I picked (black/grey) looks a little different in person, particularly the grey part. The picture shows a lighter grey, while in person it's more of a medium grey, which I happen to prefer. There is simply nothing about this comforter that I do not like. It looks great. It feels great. And it keeps me nice and warm at night. I ordered a king size for my queen size bed because I have a 15.5" mattress, and I wanted something that would cover the sides further down than where the top sheet ends, as well as provide good head board to foot board coverage. Since the pattern is equal blocks, I turned it sideways to get the 106" from side to side, and the 90" from top to bottom. It worked out perfectly. (But whether it would work that way for you is totally dependent upon your mattress size.) After looking for days at different comforters, I decided to take a flyer on this one. I'm glad I did. This is a great comforter, and the price only makes it that much greater.

Wonderful look, feel and value

Used for 2 years now. Super warm. Only issue was a slight flaw in the fabric when we received it.

Comfy and warm

Most of the comforter thats sold in the local department stores are either too thin or not warm enough. This one is different. You can really feel that its not your typical comforter. The material feels strong and comfortable. Will buy again maybe another color.

Sky blue is not bright sky blue - it's really subdued grayish

The stock photo makes the "sky blue" look a lot brighter than it really is. I was expecting sky blue, like how it is in the picture, but it's not bright at all... it's more of a subdued mature grayish looking blue - definitely not baby/sky blue! You can see the difference of the photo I upload of my sky blue pillows and this comforter sky blue. It makes me wonder if I received a dirty one because it's definitely not bright. I have "sky blue" sheets and pillow and the difference is night and day. This comforter looks more gray to me. I'm kind of disappointed it didn't match as I was hoping for. I also have chocolate curtains, so I thought this would be the perfect combo choice for me, but the "sky blue" is not bright like the photo at all. The feel itself is fine, but I really wish the blue was as bright and true to the stock photo. I love my bed sheet/pillow's true sky blue colors. However, I decided to keep it because it still somewhat matches with my true bright sky blue sheets and gives the room a more mature feel... it just wasn't what I was hoping for. Also like the other reviewer mentioned, I ordered a Queen size, but the comforter only covers one side of the edge of your mattress; however, I can kind of get away with it because my bed is located on the side of the room against the wall so I only need to extend the comforter to the mattress side that's exposed. I ran it on a delicate wash and low heat dry and it turned out fine and still fluffy.

incredibly soft and comfy

I haven't checked out the sewing quality of the product at all, honestly, I got this for my room in a college dorm. All i can say is, it feels fantastic, it's really soft and feels cool to the touch initially, very light, yet once you're under it it's nice and warm and comfy. It also has the added bonus that it it's double sided color wise. For the price I highly recommend it, I'm not sure if the quality is up to standards for some, but I'm not picky and i haven't noticed any issues with it yet.
