Truly an example of getting what you paid for
Looking back over almost 5 years of experimenting with blow guns in price range below $20, I haven't had any that last more than a year. Semi-heavy usage, almost daily during summer, and lots of retracting on hose reel takes its toll on 'delicate' guns I have tried. Bit the bullet and got Vacula VAC72-020-1050 Blow Gun (4" Full Flow); what a solid, precise, well-designed gun! Used to always cut back on compressor outlet ball valve when not needing full pressure/volume, much to my surprise the trigger pull is so consistent it's very easy to almost 'trickle flow'. Wide open is as described 'full flow'. Great investment!

Best Air Gun Build Quality
the shop I work at has had many of the new styles of blowguns sold by Matco and Mac- and those totally suck as far as durability. They can’t handle a ground impact more than 30 times- and in a body shop where we thrive with speed- it’s a constant thing to hear a blowgun smack the ground. However- Vacula’s body style of air gun is impeccable and seriously long lasting. A coworker of mine has had his style for well over 5 years w no issues

Great air blast
I've had a Vacula blow gun for over 30 years. I've been very busy in my workshop lately and kept misplacing the air gun, so decided to purchase a second one. Photos show my 30 year old version and the one I just received. I thought the air flow from the first air gun was good, but you can see from the photos that the older one is a restricted flow air gun, and I was satisfied with it. This new one puts out serious air blasts! The older gun has the brass insert for the fitting to screw into, the new air gun does not. The new one seals fine, and assuming it will not be a concern in the future.

As Good As The Original
I purchased this to replace an old one of same brand that quit working. This replacement is as well-built as the original one it replaced. The one it replaced had lasted 20 years - so that is the goal for this one - so I hope not to have to replace again.

Great tool
I needed a new blow gun and thought I would take a chance on this one. It is everything they say. It has more air power than any blow gun I ever owned. I’m not sorry I purchased this product

Great air gun
You get what you pay for. A tree fell on my old 25 year old Vacula gun, that I bought from Snap-On Tools, and bent the metal nozzle and cracked the housing. I looked up the gun here on Amazon and when I saw the price I kind of backed off. I later bit the bullet and spent the money and got a new Vacul air gun. I didn’t read thoroughly and bought a star tip gun. I drilled out the star tip and it’s as good as my old gun. Thinking, this is such a great air gun, I bought a second one, (this one I’m reviewing, without the star tip), for the race trailer and tossed the one from HF. You do get what you pay for.

Lots of air
I had a 25 yr old Vacula that I had to replace. New one works great. Only thing I didn't like was the old one had brass threads and the new one has plastic. So far, it's holding up well but time will tell.

Vacula is the best I've seen and I've had at least 4 other brands
I've got a variety of blow guns from the useless inline thumb-press OSHA guns, to the semi-useless Harbor Freight, to the OK Husky from Home Depot and a CoilHose Pneumatic. Vacula is the top. I have two of the older Vacula guns that are still performing reliably after 15+ years of use. The new Vacula guns I just got are all plastic, lacking the brass insert where the quick connect fitting screws in so we'll see about longevity. They have a nice big opening to hang easily on a hook. The trigger / air control is just right. It starts after just a little trigger travel and you have almost the whole range (which is quite long) to control the flow.
