Nice

I had to replace my shower valve and decided to go with Matte black trim. A little pricey but for some reason remodel plates are not the cheapest. I needed to break into my tile for access and this plate matched my trim and was really easy to install. For me it was because I’m a professional plumber. The plate is nice

Worked great for 3 to 1 conversion

We converted a 3 handle shower to a one so it’s much easier to use with better fixture options. If you have access to plumbing from behind to make the switch this will perfectly cover the holes left in front. I actually like the shape or added to our mid century bathroom. Thanks for letting us save our vintage tile!

Glad that this product exists

I never knew a product like this existed. I thought I was going to have to replace my entire shower/tub tile secondary to opening up the wall around the tub/shower handle to address plumbing issue. This item was a huge money saver at a point where I was not ready to remodel shower/tub. The plumber brought an ugly shiny, puffy looking chrome version which introduced me to the product. I researched on amazon and found this visually acceptable option. It is perfect! Would absolutely recommend!

Hardware is junk

First one came missing screws and retention bars. Second one came with them, but they are really cheap. Very thin screws that look like they are spray painted, and the brass hardware I guess has been replaced with bare 1/8" steel rods which are totally going to corrode if they don't strip out during the assembly process first. Very disappointed.

Looks great, fits great

We recently installed a new shower, then later on decided we'd prefer different fixtures. This covered the holes left by the three jobs for our previous fixtures and allowed us to install a round plate fixture. It looks quite nice and to those who don't know what we've done, they likely wouldn't know it wasn't originally part of the shower fixture set up.
