Decent faucet, but not a huge fan of how the pull-down feature works
We've had several different pull-down faucets. This one was pretty easy to install and stays nice and firmly attached to the counter. We have ours mounted through a single hole in granite. This provides a nice thick and sturdy base, but it is a bit challenging to get all the hoses through. I found that the length of the water lines that are permanently attached can be helpful or a hindrance depending on how much space you have and what else is under your sink. It looks great and is easy to clean. It stays looking nice without being too prone to water spots or handling marks for being a stainless finish. The handle is easy to use and works very well. We actually have had this faucet twice in our kitchen because we changed out the color. The old one did have an issue where we needed to replace a part in the handle, but the set-screw was corroded and I couldn't get it out. In the process, the whole handle broke off. I tried calling to get the parts, but knew it would be a week or more for them to arrive. We replaced it in the mean time because I just couldn't wait. Good thing we did because we never received one of the parts we needed. Despite that experience, we still like the faucet so went with it again. There are two things I'd change about it: First, I'd rather have the button on the faucet choose between the spray feature and a pause feature. As it is, it just flips between spray and stream, with no pause option. Second, I'm not a fan of how it clicks into the neck. Yes, this does make it stay in very well when it's clicked in, but it doesn't self-retract enough to click in by itself. Most of the time it retracts almost all the way, they you have to click it in by hand. I made doubly sure to ensure there's nothing in the way of the weight and hose under the sink - it hangs freely with nothing for it to catch on or rub against, and it still does this. Anyways, overall a good functioning, reliable faucet.

Nice faucet
Overall, this is a nice, functional faucet. It was fairly easy to install with the exception of the length of the hose and supply lines. The hose was so long, I had to remove a shelf under the sink to allow the weight to do its job in returning the spray head. The supply lines were also very long requiring me to loop the lines to install. I’m sure that this would be fine for an under sink with more space, but our space is limited. I saw no option to shorten the lines or hose. Still, I was able to get past these issues to install somewhat quickly and the final result is a nice faucet.

It keeps leaking
This faucet looks really nice. It is tricky to put the handle back, once you take it out. The water pressure is just right. But my number 1 con is that leaks. Not all the time and not much, but it leaks.

Perfect package of form + function
We have been giving our kitchen a mini-facelift. The previous faucet was nearly 20 years old and mostly functional. No complaints, it worked, just wearing out and not great to look at. When I saw this beautiful Pfister faucet offered via the Vine program, I knew it would look good and function great. I read some reviews with issues concerning the finish. We have very hard water, recently replaced a bathroom faucet that was less than 10 years old because it was deteriorating at the counter level. Our beautiful Pfister faucet has not had any issues. It as been installed and used regularly for six months now. It shows no sign of the daily use it has. We have no dishwasher (save the two-handed variety) and cook at least 3 meals a day from scratch for 8 people -- this means we do a lot of dishes, all day, every day. We have not babied this faucet, wiping it down with a soft cloth after each use. This isn't a sculpture in a museum, but a workhorse in our busy kitchen. Yet it performs as both quite well. The ceramic disc mechanics of this faucet means it will not wear out as quickly as washers and o-rings. I worked in the kitchen & bath industry years ago, this brand (Price Pfister back then) and this type of faucet is one of the sturdiest, longest-lasting out there. I feel confident the finish will hold up just as well as the 'guts'. This is our first pull-down sprayer faucet and we really enjoy the flexibility of cleaning and pot-filling. The bottom of the spout sits high enough to clear our largest stock pot. The counterweight on the house makes sure it returns to 'home' position easily every time. It can be installed as a single-hole mount. We have not yet given the sink its facelift, so we used the included deck plate to cover the holes on our current sink. Our plumbing reflects the cobbled together 50+ years of DIYers that have lived here before us. We needed a couple of adaptors to fit the connectors of the faucet. If your plumbing is newer and in better shape, this will be a quick and easy installation process for you. The brushed stainless finish (almost resembling a warm brushed nickel), the graceful curves of the pedestal and neck of the faucet, and the flared shape of the spout all add up to make this a beautiful faucet - a sculpture to adorn your kitchen counter. Our new Pfister faucet really is the perfect package of form + function.

Not easy to install. An upgrade
I have to have the maintenance man come Put it on. The faucet is standard I just am not savvy with putting it on. He saw it, stated it would be no problem ‘ He also stated it was a nice upgrade from the one I have.

Pfister F-529-7VVGS Vosa 1-Handle Pull-Down, Spot Defense Stainless Steel
A nice looking, simple faucet that comes with a deck plate and soap dispenser. Typical installation and works as intended. Since it is brand new, I have not experienced any peeling of the finish as other reviewers have stated. Reasonably priced.
