I purchased a kit from plumbing supply .com to replace my old shower stem. they leaked from the start being a knock off from Taiwan. I put back the old ones and ordered these, the real price pfister. it is not worth taking a chance on Taiwan garabage where a leak can cause major damage.

This is NOT for Hot water. This valve OPENS CLOCK-WISE.

This is a "clockwise" value...it's for Cold water. The first REVIEW "Pam" states it's a Counter-Clockwise value it isn't.

Worked perfectly to retrofit an older shower.

I'm very happy with this purchase so far. The product installed easily and works perfectly. I usually wait to write reviews, but as this is one of the few places you can get the short stem version of this product, I thought some early feedback might be appropriate.

Worked well!

My original show parts had worn out 0 rings and screws that were so disintegrated, I could not get them separated to replace the o-rings. These replacement parts allowed me to get the shower back up and running without having to tear out the entire faucet.
