Chariot of the dog! Worth the money, 4 1/2 stars

Hector is very pleased with his new ride. I'm happy because I can walk in the park with him again. Hector is about 35 lbs. He's too heavy for a backpack, but very easy to push along up and down hills, on fire roads using this stroller. It goes over ruts, rocks, and rough ground easily enough. Not so great in sand or deep soft dirt. If yo go down a steep hill, your feet are the brakes - could use a drag brake of some kind. The foot brake makes a solid lock with both back wheels. Once engaged, the stroller's not going anywhere until you unlock it, which is a good safety feature. The sunroof lets me watch him while we're strolling. It folds easily. It takes about 1 1/2 minute to disassemble and probably 3 to unfold and set up. Fits in the back of my Prius, no problem. Essentially the folded size is the size of the cabin. Wheels pop off, frame does not protrude. Other reviews mentioned poor quality zippers, and they were right. It is better if you take the time to fully unzip the back door and make sure the metal ends of the zippers are together before you use it. Otherwise they unzip from the bottom. Kinked quickly, but are still functional. I have to lift Hector up to get him into the stroller. He's not great at jumping any more. If he were spry, he wouldn't need a ride. A younger dog could easily climb in through the back door, but would not need a stroller. I was expecting this - I lift him almost anywhere he needs to get up. All in all, a good compromise of features - it had the big wheels and adjustable handle, folds up smallish, and is not too hard to push. I'm glad I got this!

Not worth the cost

I bought this stroller (along with Petique's Breeze model, and one from another brand) to see what would fit my oddly proportioned dog best. He's 11 and has had a bad leg since birth, so I'm very excited to be able to bring him on long adventures again. I knew within a few seconds of opening that this one would not be right for me. First, the set up and collapse is not quick. The Breeze model was incredible in that regard, and I wish the same one hand open and close carried over from that. This one requires straightening both bars on the side, adjusting the handle from folded down, and then there's a bar inside that needs to be folded forward (the structured part right above the P logo at the front tire). It's not difficult, but the multi step isn't ideal. Collapsing requires all the same actions - can't even leave the support bar inside forward. I was also very disappointed by the handle. While the adjustable nature was great, it was very wobbly from the hinge. I've used strollers with the same adjustable feature (albeit for babies), and that was not any issue any of them had, and some of these were very inexpensive models. All in all, I had this packaged right back up to return within about 5 minutes of opening. I do think this brand is overall verry good quality, and highly recommend the Breeze model as far as that goes if the size works for your dog (unfortunately the height of the ceiling sloped too low to work for mine, otherwise I would have gladly kept that one). Please note as well, the height inside is listed as 24.4", but with the cushion on the bottom, it only measures to 23".

We like it

For 2 chihuahuas WE have 2 of these Serving one has handle that has 1-2 inches of play Large wheels, very stable when walking. Not quite so good when running Not a lot of storage room for odd and ends (leashes harnesses water bottles dog bags). Some, but not quite enough without putting them inside the stroller with the dog Pretty satisfied all in all Rather expensive, but what isn’t these days

Expensive but Nice

I just got this today. It's really nice perfect height and size. The wheels are very nice and come with an air pump. The brakes don't really work and the back zipper seems like it's going to tear away from the seam. I hope it holds up. Very nice but definitely not worth $300 plus.

Great product but shipped me the wrong color!

The product itself is great but they shipped me turquoise and I ordered grey. The box is way too large to deal with a return so I guess I am stuck with the color. The stroller is easy to put together, I haven't tried it out yet but my two Maine Coon cats have plenty of room to move around.

Not worth the money

The zipper in the back, where my dog goes in and out, is VERY cheap and flimsy. When I aired the tires to the recommended 35 PSI, with a battery power pump, the 2 back tires popped off the rim. One of the back also popped off the rim at 30 PSI. The tires fit the rim poorly. The brake only works when the jogger is empty. The weight of my dog, 31.5 lbs, causes the wheels to tilt inward so the brake can't engage. The front wheel doesn't pivot easily. Definately not worth the money! I'm sending it back this week.

Well built and well thought out

We both spent hours reading reviews when we found our boy had a back injury. This one was in the top few. When it arrived, it was obvious why. It’s solid and very secure. We push our pup around the neighborhood on concrete sidewalks or gravel trails in these air filled tires. (A must in our search.)
