Works Great .

Great tool for tightening those small screws on folding knifes , which what I use it for . But I'm sure it will come in handy for other things when the problem arises .

BEST PRECISION SET I'VE USED!! (I've used many)

I borrowed this exact model from a friend to work on some laptops.. After using it I instantly got on Amazon, found the exact model # and ordered one for myself. Every bit in this kit is magnetic, which is a huge help if you work on computers or electronics!! I've used several sets similar to this, and most of these kits have bits that are cheap and will fall out of place within the case. This one should be priced at double the price of the other ones, but it's not! it's one of the less expensive sets!

Great tool for small screws

Great set of tools for items from eye glasses to toys/items that have a battery "door" that you have to take off to get to the batteries etc. I have one I like & use often, so I bought another one for a friend.

There is a HIDDEN TOOL in this set - the rigid extension shaft!

I purchased this tool because my lovely i.fixit kit doesn't have the extensions I need for some work I do. I managed to take a karaoke system apart the other day but it was too much work. It had a damaged solder joint with screws inside a deep plastic shell and was a total pain to work on with ordinary tools. I browsed through tools at my local Fry's to get the precision sized extensions. There were a few choices, but definitely wanted the flex shaft even if I couldn't get the straight extension. After buying it, I discovered that this kit actually comes with TWO extensions! You see, the main bit holder is secured by a collet. It retracts into the handle. When you loosen the collet, it extends by an additional 3-4". I'll measure it later. The handle is rubber-coated and feels like a professional tool. I love using this set. It truly feels great. Although it doesn't include Philips #2 that I would ordinarily use on this particular project and that bit would be uncommon in a precision kit, the Pozi #1 bit fit those screws perfectly. By the way, these bits and extensions seem like they will work with my ifixit and other precision tool handles. So, if you like me want a professional precision tool kit with a flexible shaft and wish it also had a straight shaft, this is the kit to get.
