Seems like a very good product
Very good product, especially for the price. Only had them for a couple of weeks but have been hitting them hard with a hammer and so far so good. And they come with a cool sticker. The stand is a little junky, not horrible though.

Like most things, it does wear out with usage.
I had enjoyed my time with these Weras, but as jobs got more demanding, they started showing their age. Bent flat heads from over torqueing while removing a slotted head screw, discoloration from motor oil, and somewhat sloppy philips insertion. Would I buy again, sadly no. This is one of those cases where paying more did not equate to a better product.

First impressions: Excellent, go for it
I was on the hunt for a quality set of drivers for weeks. This caught my eye because they're German-designed and come in a rack yet the price is strangely low. I was not sure what to expect, especially since they're "full-tang" if you will. I almost bought the green-handled ones without the steel core, but I couldn't find any reason not to get these; I don't see any compromises. So I received them yesterday, and immediately I was impressed by the feel. A screwdriver has no moving or hollow parts so they shouldn't differ much in feel, but something about the density is pleasing to me. The striking face on the back is very subtle and unobtrusive, which I thought was a nice touch vs. the expected enormous chromed striking surface. I was simply hoping for a solid alloy, but I was pleasantly surprised. These are far and away the most positively-engaging screwdrivers I've ever used. I was driving a basic drywall screw with one of the Philips into a vertical surface. I let go of the driver, and it hung in space, not even wiggling. A *Philips* head, so positively engaged that it can't fall out, is nothing I've ever seen before. I didn't think Philips had the geometry to support that, but there it was. They can still cam out, I learned, on some Philips screws. Well, that's more on the head than anything else, you know? The drywall screws I was using had deep heads, and I wasn't able to get the tip to slip on those even when driving partially out of socket and at a slight angle. I didn't have a chance to hammer on the end of any of them, but I did start a screw by smacking the end of the driver with my palm and then wrenching it all the way into a stud by hand with no pilot hole, and the torque (good grip on these) and solid bite really made it a non-ordeal. I haven't hit these with a hammer yet, or been an impatient jerk and used them to pry things, so I can't tell you if they can move the earth. What I can say is I don't regret a dime of the $40 I paid, there's absolutely nothing inferior about these, and I suspect you can't really get much better without a huge price hike.

Great set, beware there's no #3 Phillips, and the green kraftform set has some other features
These screwdrivers are fantastic, good quality molding and little plastic flash. The hexes are nice to have on the drivers (though a little more size consistency between the hexes would be excellent). I do miss that Wera doesn't do their LaserTip engraving on these screwdrivers—perhaps because these are intended for chiseling, they needed to use a softer alloy on the tips that doesn't take as well to laser engraving. Additionally, these don't have the marking of what size they are on the top because of the impact cap. It would've been nice if Wera would've engraved the tops with the size/type of the driver, since that's a feature of their other Kraftform drivers, but it's not awful (just a little worse in comparison with the "regular" Kraftform drivers). I'd probably choose this chiseldriver set for automotive work on older cars where things may be stuck/stripped, but the green kraftform set for work around the house, or on electronics, because of the lasertips and the take it easy toolfinder system. I deducted a star because this set only has 5 screwdrivers, but it's clearly "meant" to include the #3 Phillips driver. You can purchase that separately (for $17), filling out the rack of 6, but also significantly increasing the price of the set. The #3 driver even fits inside the box for the set, so they definitely failed to include it for cost reasons. The green Wera Kraftform driver set is the same way—six slots in the rack, four flathead drivers and two phillips, no #3. I could probably do with fewer flathead drivers, but I guess the flat drivers are cheaper, so that's why they're included.

Great screwdrivers, but expect them to arrive scuffed up
The screwdrivers themselves are great. The Wera box they ship in, not so much. All six screwdrivers are loose in the same part of the box, scuffing up the handles during transport. Not a huge deal for me, but might be for someone who's trying to give these as a gift and wants them to not look used.

The most durable and most useful screwdrivers you will find
This set includes 4 slotted screwdrivers, PH1 and PH2. These screwdrivers are designed to be the toughest screwdrivers on the market. They have a striking plate at the top of the handle for hammering on the screwdriver, either to pry tiles off walls, chisel into bricks for fun, or try to get out screws that have seized up. The smallest slotted screwdriver doesn't have a striking plate. They also feature a hexagonal grip at the bottom of the handle, designed for spanners. This allows you to grip the screwdriver with a spanner to apply more torque for heavy duty applications. These screwdrivers are thru-tangs, so the screwdriver blade extends all the way through the handle, for added strength. Cheaper screwdrivers commonly don't extend through the handle, so can snap off at the bottom. This is very important, especially if you're using these to pry things apart. At their tool shows, they demonstrate them chiseling stone to dust with these, and they hold their shape. I haven't tried this, but I don't doubt it to be true. You can chisel stones and bricks, and keep using them to drive screws. You can get a set with PZ 1&2 instead of PH 1&2. I went with the PH set because if needed, I could use them with PZ screws without damaging them, but hammering PZ screwdrivers into PH screws is likely to cause damage. They also do a newer version now with a socket hole in the striking plate with space for a 1/4" ratchet, another way of applying extra torque. I don't generally like buying 'proper' screwdrivers, by 'proper' I mean screwdrivers that are fixed, without changeable bits. You use them, they take up too much space, they wear out, you bin them. I much prefer using a set of bits and a handle with some sort of bit holder. These are different though, and I think these are pretty much the only 'proper' screwdrivers I own. All the others just wore out, might have one or two others somewhere, but I don't use them. Since these will last, I thought it was a worthwhile investment, something my handle and bits can't do. I love these screwdrivers, although I only actually use two of them. I use the biggest slotted one mainly just for chiseling and prying, and the PH2 for general screwdriving. In terms of using them to loosen seized up screws, I always go straight for the impact driver to be honest, gets the job done easily. For me, these are mainly just for chiseling and prying. They are great screwdrivers though, and probably are the toughest ones you will find. If you want to own one set of screwdrivers, these are what you're looking for. Fantastic
I would frequently use screwdrivers as chisels and before long i end up with smashed ruined handles or broken tips, so i decided to get these to protect the other screwdrivers, and to take a bit of abuse if im working round the car. I used them on my jeep, and bashed a good bit of rust out of the sills, and the screwdriver hasnt suffered at all, i then used the same screwdriver to fix some wooden apple bins, i used the big flat head as a pry bar, i hammered it in behind the board and pryed them off the bin, the tip is intact, the shaft doesnt bend, and the head that i was hitting the hammer is perfect, they feel really well made, there is a reassuring solidity with the screwdrivers in the hand, helped by the shape which makes it more comfortable. There also is a bit on the shaft for allowing a spanner to apply more torque this might prove to be handy in the future for removing stubborn screws and its a good thought. Wera has even included a free screwdriver in this set, although its just a simple small flathead, with no chisel head it does seem handy for changing plugs, the blade feels like its good enough quality for that job, definatley not for being hit with a hammer but it was free so i cant really complain about it. I like the rack supplied, it holds the screwdrivers really precisley and all up straight so that they can be removed easily, but it only has 2 holes at the top for mounting to the wall, so it didnt quite sit against the wall as tight as i would have liked but i put a screw with a washer in at the bottom and it holds much better. But the main reason for buying this was the screwdrivers and they are of superb quality.

Look no further!
Hammer hits the N̶a̶i̶l̶ Screwdriver on the head! Well priced brilliant bit of kit! Well worth the money! Sits well in the hand and comfortable to use. Decent well crafted tools feel of outstanding quality. Have served me well for the few small jobs I've done with them since receiving. Magnet tipped ends have saved me many hours of frustration from loosing screws inside of machines! Will keep this page bookmarked to buy a 2nd set once I've wrecked the current. Stop looking and Buy these now you wont be sorry!
