Good value pump does the job.
Pump works well. The vacuum hoses in the kit were folded up and the creases never came out or would have gave 5 stars. This pump is great for testing vacuum lines especially on turbo systems that have vacuum actuated control valves etc. It also works great with bleeding brakes especially when you don't have help at the brake pedal or you're doing a full brake fluid flush /replacement.

Won't last
Well some how I accidentally ordered 2 of them at the same time. Lucky I did as the first one stopped working before I got started on my second car. Decided to do brake jobs on my car and my wife's car over the same weekend. Worked fine on the first car, but right when I started the second one the hand pump started seizing up then the pin that holds the handle on slipped out. So grabbed the pump from the second package and finished the job. Either way I would not buy if you think you are going to use multiple times, it's cheaply made.

Excellent tool
Used this to bleed my Girlfriends breaks, she was complaining of her truck not stopping like she thought it should so knowing I'd be doing the bleeding alone, I bought this having never used such a device before, and it worked to my amazement quite well and has become a great tool to add to my collection.

It creates vacuum, but not for brake jobs
Hoped to use tris for a one person break job, but it failed. The pump definitely creates vacuum and allows you to empty the master cylinder reservoir. I also used it to empty the brake line to the wheel cylinder, but that was all. I tried using it to bleed the brake line after replacing the wheel cylinder, but it doesn’t create enough vacuum to get brake fluid from the master cylinder to the brake cylinder, regardless of what I tried (and I went through a lot of different things to to this by myself). Ended up getting the wife and kids to help pump the brake!0pedal try e old fashioned way. This might be ok for other vacuum uses, but don’t think that you’ll do a one person brake job with it. The pump held up to all the things I tried, but it does feel a bit flimsy. Definitely not something to be used with force.

Success!
New out of the box I checked that the pump itself didn't leak. After connecting the tubing and the bottle the air leak was significant. After wrapping thin teflon around all the male connectors, pins, the leakage became reasonable. Then I connected the pump assembly to the bleeding port of the clutch, and I realized that it does not take much vacuum to pull out the fluid and its air bubbles. The bleeding was satisfactory and solved the problem of the clutch. I am pleased that I was able to do this alone by myself, with no more expense than the vacuum pump and some extra brake fluid.

Works good for the price. I don't use it very often but it works OK If I was a mechanic and using it every day I would spend more money and get a professional one. I'm happy for what it is.

Not a commercial product for heavy usage. Excellent tool for bleeding calipers without help of an additional person.

Herramienta Plástica de mala calidad.
El cuerpo entero está hecho de plástico, para lo cual el precio está excedido. El mango es el claro ejemplo de la calidad de la herramienta ya que se dobla casi al punto de quiebre cada vez que se usa. El diseño y la calidad de los materiales le da un tiempo de vida útil ínfimo.
