So far, fits my needs to a "t"

I purchased this item. I have a decent sized solar setup. Ten, 275 watt panels in two arrays feeding 3 groups of batteries. My old group, powered by 1100 watts, consists of twelve, 6 volt FLA batteries in three banks of 24 volt each. These need the occasional maintenance refill, so monthly that means 36 cells get checked and filled. Using the old “funnel method” works, but to be honest, it sucks. I used to use fillers like this 55 years ago when I was a kid working in gas stations (remember those?). They worked and to be honest I don’t know why I haven’t gotten one before now. So, it works, it fills the cells to the proper level and makes my life easier. I will give it 5 stars for now, as it fits my needs and matches the product description. If in the future it breaks or fails, then I will return to this review and update. Note: I have been an Amazon customer for almost 20 years. I write all of my reviews to reflect my personal observations and opinions on a product. It matters not if I have purchased the item myself or if it was provided to me for review. My goal is to provide other potential customers as much real-world knowledge as possible to make an informed decision. In most cases I will return to my review in 6 months or less to see if I should alter my original observations. In no case will the cost of a product influence my opinions at all. In addition, I will try to include multiple images and or videos on each product, if practical.

Works great, until it doesn’t

This thing worked great the first 5-6 times I used it. Then the dispenser valve, which has a sling in it, came apart and sent parts flying around my garage. Tried to put it back together but didn’t find all of the parts. Still sort of worked, so I used it today. After coming apart again 4-5 times it finally shot parts down into the battery well in my golf cart, and I couldn’t find/get to them. I may order another one, as it really does work well, but it would be nice to get it replaced by the seller.

Works Perfect, Easy to Use

This works perfect on the 2022 Trojan Batteries in our 2011 EZGO TXT cart. The auto shut off/drip free feature is awesome, and made refilling the water in the batteries super easy. A cheap must-have if you don't have a filler system.

The easiest and safest way to maintain golf cart or other batteries.

With this filler holding distilled water, you push the nozzle down into the opening at the top of the battery. The automatic shut-off valve stops the flow of water when the appropriate level has been reached. This simple tool has been in use for decades because it works so well. This avoids overflowing your battery and getting battery acid on the tops of the batteries or into the battery case area of your golf cart, boat, or even car. This is a small price to pay for the protection of your battery and the ease of use.

Quality could be better for the price !

Container made of thin plastic. Arrived crushed in ion the lower front ridge, which I couldn’t pop out. The packaging was intact. The nozzle seems adequate. This was a gift for my husband, he hasn’t used it yet.

Facile d'utilisation

J'étais un peu sceptique mais comme je dois remplir mes batteries et qu'elles sont un peu mal positionnée, je faisais toujours des dégâts avec un entonnoir. Alors, j'ai décidé d'acheter ce petit bidule qui, ma foi, m'a sincèrement impressionné. Ça fait un superbe travail et même si on est pas en mesure de voir le niveau de liquide dans la batterie, l'arrêt automatique remplit parfaitement cette dernière et s'arrête pour éviter les dégâts par la suite. Vraiment, pouce en l'air... je recommande grandement le produit.
