Will roll up a 80' #12 extension cord
Not as easy to roll up as I thought and doesn't hold a 100' #12 wire extension cord as stated. It gets close but last few feet hangs off the reel. However it is better than just rolling up the cord by hand.

Only use for light weight cord.
I bought this because description said it would hold 100ft of 12/3 cord. Not even close. Probably work fine for 16/3 and maybe 14/3, but only held 70 feet of the 12ga. Might also be a bit heavy to wind even if it did hold the amount advertised. Otherwise, made well and quite durable. If I had bought this for small Guage wire I'd have given 4 stars.

It works
I dropped it the first day it hit the ground hard on concrete the handle broke but it still works . Way better than not having it.

Too small for 12 gauge 100'
Should of read the reviews. This reel is tiny compared to other plastic reels I have used and doesn't work as smoothly. Not going to work for the 100ft 12 gauge coord I bought it for.

Great product!
I bought this and expected it to be made of cheap thin brittle plastic but its actually well made. The reel operates smoothly even though its plastic on plastic and no bearings. The ONLY downfall is it states it holds 150ft of 16 gauge cable and i was only able to reel in 75ft of it.

Smaller than expected
Reel should be larger. Does not hold 100 ft of 12ga cord. The last 15 feet extend beyond the reel. It’s useable but not what was expected.

Way too small and unusable without a 3rd hand
Although its advertised to handle 100' of 12-gauge wire, I managed to get at most 70' of 12-gauge wire on the reel (ClearPower 100' heavy duty cord). Furthermore you need both hands to hold the reel and to spool the cable. This means that without help from somebody else it's not possible to to guide the cable into the reel or untwist the cord. To be useful to me this reel would need the following: - Have greater capacity - Have a stand of some sort so I could stand on it with one leg and then use two free hands to spin the wheel and guide/untwist the cord along the way.

Description érronée / frauduleuse
La description du produit indique qu'il peut accommoder une rallonge de 12GA de 100pi. Ceci est faux! Possiblement un fil unique de 12 gauge, mais pas une rallonge 12/3 de 100 pi. Elle accommode au gros max 70pi de 12/3.

Definetly not as avertised
I got this to hold 100ft of 12/2 cord. i got 75' on before i had to unspool it all and then redo it all but making sure it was would tight and side by side. if thats what i have to do to put 100ft of 12/2 on i wouldn't have bought this.. definetly not what it is described as.

It a flimsy to hold thick cables. The end retainer hole too wide for any size wire
I expected a more robust product for the thick cable I’m using but it’s light (that’s good) and smooth rotating.

Bien conçu
Très content du produit. Par contre, n'est pas assez gros pour 100 pieds de calibre 12/3 extérieur.
