Multi use!

I saw this advertised for working on mechanical things and dropping parts. I personally purchased it because I tend to drop paper clips on the floor at work and it’s not always easy, trying to pick them up, especially when you’re wearing high heels and a dress. This picks up any object that is metal, quick and easy.

arrived broken

arrived in mail with the magnetic end piece attached to the side of the pen. poor glue was used to attach. was going to return then decided for $3 cost of the thing, ill just epoxy the end back on and have a useable magnetic tool until it disintagrates in the near future i suspect

Small, extendable magnetic pickup

Well made but not as small as I needed to fit in the hole to extract a ball bearing and spring. The diameter is 10.8 mm (0.42 inch). I'm still looking for a smaller pickup.

Does what it supposed to

It’s a little on the cheap side but it does what it’s meant to do. I was able to fish an Allen wrench out of my engine bock and save myself a massive headache. Would buy again.

I don't know if if it picks up 16 pounds . . .

. . . but it sure is handy to have when small parts go astray. Beats getting on my knees with a flashlight in search of errant screws, washers, etc.. Plus, it telescopes, which makes it useful in close quarters.
