Works on induction stovetop

Very shiny good-looking stainless steel. Works on induction stovetop. I bought the small 1.5 liter one. Principally for quick energy-efficient rice cooking. Just set induction timer to bring to pressure, turn off and let pressure subside while rice cooks, about 10 minutes total. The spare glass lid is handy, but wish they'd use a solid handle that won't let water/food get into the cavity under the handle. The glass lid is a "bonus", so I don't detract for that. Still wish that manufacturers would get rid of those cavities under handles of various types.

I like the multipoint locking style

I like the multipoint locking style. It seems very safe, there multiple safety features as well. The size is perfect for 2 person rice dish. The overall look of it is nice, it looks like a bowl, which I really like, it comes with extra lid, so you can simply use it as regular stovetop pot too. The handles are thick/wide, super easy to hold the pressure cooker. The main pressure know is actually can be unscrewed, for an easiest way to keep it like a new, there a plastic cap screwed on the metal piece, the trick, to unscrew it you have to go clockwise.. opposite from usual behavior of regular screws.. figured it out accidentally.. when it spin a bit, while I washed it :) So far no signs of rust or oxidation, so far I like it.

I use it non-stop!

The size is just about good for 2-3 people, it is quite wide and not tall, so it might not be suitable for some recipes. I wish I would have sized up, but that's just me! Works perfectly, love the extra safety valve. Sturdy quality, nice shiny finish. It's stainless steal so it doesn't contaminate with aluminium - avoid aluminium at all cost! Also to wash it, I separate all the parts and put them in the dishwasher. Super easy! Some people reviewed that the rubber rim has a white powdery substance on it, but that's quite normal and I've seen it on my mother's pressure cooker that she's been using for 25 years. And of course, if you overfill it or don't use enough liquid then it will get burnt, but that's the same with any pressure cooker.

My first experience of an Indian pressure cooker, am still not sure how the # of whistles translate to time!
