Love this!

I had a very old crock pot that was gifted to me over 30yrs ago. It was THE champ of crock pots. Alas, "someone" dropped the lid and I was never able to find another lid that sealed well enough to work on this old work horse of mine. SO, on the quest to replace it, I have purchased 2 name brand crock pots and both of them had lids that didn't seat properly, or they dribbled all over the counter or they let too much moisture escape and almost burnt my food! GGRRRR. SO, a few friends had this style, & seemed happy. I bought this one and I am thrilled. It works wonderfully. Easy to use. The clamps keep the lid nice and snug. Transportable, easy clean up--THRILLED.

Very solid cooker

We wore out a similar Crockpot after about 10 years. We like the easy cooking timer and simple controls. Tip: use low setting for best results- after all, it is a slow cooker. Also use plastic liners to avoid scrubbing.

Great product but miss the paddles

I had one of these for about 8 years before the touch keys stopped working. The old one came with stir paddles but I can live without them. It's just the right size and very well made. Simple to use. The ceramic pot insert is heavy as it should be.

Love this crockpot

I have had this crockpot for over 5 years and its still working perfectly to this day. Consistently delivers great meals and super easy to clean. Super reliable and really surprised its still kicking and haven't had a single problem with it. I use this thing once a week.

Great crockpot, the lid lockdown feature helps

This is our second one of these as my wife accidentally dropped the crock on our last one. They work great and wouldn't hesitate to buy another. It would be a great wedding gift.

Hands down my overall favorite

I have had a crockpot of one type or another for the last 35 years. Many different brands. This one is my overall favorite. So easy to read and set electronically. Goes to automatic warm when time expires. The lid lock is absolutely fabulous. A complete seal. We do dinners once a month with my in laws, who live several hours away. This has made it so convenient to put what ever sauces, soups, stews, etc… into. Just latch it down, load it into the vehicle and set it to low when we arrive. Also great for the roasts, etc… I toss in for home meals. Easy to clean in warm, soapy water. Never a problem with it getting to hot or scorching my food. Temperatures are spot on.

Good at its job!

Never go wrong with a slow cooker. My other finally cracked and i quickly ordered this one and it works like a charm. My son has learned how to use it for his weekly lunches and he said he will never use a frying pan again

Good price for a great slow cooker

Our previous slow cooker had a thin but long crack so we replaced it to avoid fire hazard. That’s why we bought this new one. We looked at best bang for the buck and the offer was great on this one. A slow cooker is a really simple piece of hardware. I would have preferred an even less electronic model for increase reliability and repairability in the future. It works well so far. Ripoff in broad daylight

I had ordered this product on Amazon. It was after I received the delivery of this product that I realised that this is a product manufactured for use in the United States of America and Canada. This is a high wattage appliance that runs on the 120 V 60 cycles supply. The manufacturers do not provide clear instructions or information on the power rating of this appliance. When contacted via their website, they were categorical that using the device outside of the USA and Canada post is a safety hazard and a strictly not recommended. Cart2India has declined to accept the product as a return , claiming that the product was delivered as promised. One wonders why a trusted brand like Amazon puts up, for sale , on it's portals, an appliance that is not designed for safe usage in India

Absolutely zero complaints. Great value.

Me and my girlfriend have had several meals from this, following a variety of Crock-Pot recipes. All are delicious, works very well. Super easy to use. Girlfriend loves it. I love it. Awesome to have your dinner cook for you while your both away from home at work. 10/10.

Very very disappointed..

Very very disappointed ...the second time I used this the ceramic dish developed cracks. Had read this in another review but with a 'name' n reputation like 'Crockpot' certainly did not expect this. Rather an expensive lesson. Now desperately trying to redeem situation by getting replacement ceramic dish which the company carries but not getting on Amazon...PLS HELP AMAZON

Boils on low setting

Overall a nice slow cooker. Easy to operate settings. Only issue is that its boils on low setting. Not a deal breaker just have to adjust cooking time
