Works really well!
I love my programmable crockpot. It is amazing to be able to set it in the morning and have it kick off onto the low setting when it's done cooking. There is a adjustable timer so you can set it whatever duration you need. I also love that it is stainless steel and it matches my appliances in my kitchen. the inside piece comes out for easy washing. It is big enough for a nice large roast and super durable. I use it all the time! I would highly recommend this product.

Good Value
We bought this to replace a 6.5 quart Crock Pot. The new unit does not have a start switch, which may not be a problem since it automatically starts after you set the timer. We've used it once and it worked well.

My old crock was my husband mothers, so I figure it was over 50 years old . It might have been one of the first ones made. It was a Rival. Last 2 times I used it took forever. I believe the element was failing.

Good price
Was looking for a cheaper crockpot to keep in the camper for the price it is worth it. Was a little bigger than I thought it would be the Timmerman feature is nice. Digital numbers looks nice

Nice basic digital Slow Cooker
This review is for the Crockpot 7 Quart Slow Cooker with Programmable Controls and Digital Timer. I would have given it 5 stars except that the first one we got had a defective timer. I put a stew in for 8:30 and it turned off in a little over 7 hours. To be sure it wasn’t “operator” error; I filled it half way with water and set the timer for 8:30. In a little over 2 hours it was already 20 minutes fast. Amazon made returning it easy and I asked for a replacement. When the replacement came I did the water test on it and the timer was fine. So it may have just been a fluke. However, I’d recommend testing it before using the first time just to be sure. The only issue I have is with the instructions. Fortunately the controls are intuitive. The instructions omit the “Mode” button, which you press to select high or low heat before setting the time by pressing the “+” or “-“buttons. I cooked a chuck roast as the first meal in it and it came out fine. Cleaning it was easy. Unlike our previous slow cooker, it does not have a rubber gasket around the lid so the smell of what you cooked last does not linger. Quick update after 6 months of use. Still working great. One thing I discovered was that there is no auditory indicator (e.g. beep) when it finishes cooking. I checked the manual and with Crockpot and that is how it is designed.

AMAZON SHOULD NEVER sell these appliances in Britain, when coming from manufactures in USA. AMAZON, has a duty of care, to there customers and general public, especially when they have been made of such dangers. They are failing to monitor with due care and diligence, PLUS they have no governance Policy which they are adherring to in an effort to uncover such problems and hazards. Not a UK plug, and returns are shipped to USA - don't buy.
This item does not have a UK plug and the lid doesn't fit tight - poor product - then to return have to drop to a UPS depot to ship back to USA - don't bother.

Très satisfait !
C'est un cadeau que j'ai offert à ma mère. Elle semble beaucoup l'aimer. L'appareil fait ce qu'il est supposé faire! Il ne faut pas omettre qu'il est très beau aussi !
