Works very well
I used this for an unusual application. Basically, as insulation on brass condenser tubing for a refrigerator. There was some kind of air leak from the inside of the refrigerator to the outside, causing condensation and ice to form on the brass condenser tubing, just at the point where it met the atmosphere outside the refrigerator, and then along the tubing for 6-8". I decided to use this epoxy to seal the leak AND to insulate the brass tubing. I was curious how it would work on the frozen tubing. It worked just fine! From past experience, I knew this type of epoxy is amazingly strong. What I didn't know is that it would work well in very cold temperatures. I cleaned the ice off the tubing, dried it off, and quickly applied the epoxy, so that frost wouldn't have a chance to form underneath the epoxy covering. It was easy to mold over the tubing, and cured pretty quickly, as expected. The ice is now gone, and so I am happy. I found this particular composition very easy to use. You just break off a chunk - I use a razor blade to cut it cleanly, so you don't combine the chemicals on the piece that you put back into the tube for storage. That prevent the chemical reaction from starting within the storage tube. Then you mold the stick you cut off with your fingers. I suppose you could be cautious and use gloves, because you don't want to leave residue from this stuff on your hands. But it doesn't really stick to your fingers, and since it cures so quickly, I found you can squish it to combine the two parts directly with your fingers, mold it in place to cure (you only get about five minutes!), and then wash your hands well with soap and water immediately afterward. There were no ill effects. None. It was kind of like working with regular window or plumber's putty. Great stuff!

Works great for Salt water pool
I used this to patch up a few cracks on the waterfall from hot tub to pool in a salt water system. The epoxy gets hot and hardens in 3min. I recommend you use smaller amounts for the job at a time. If you can patch while the area is dry even better. If you need to do a wet application, make sure to apply even pressure do that it can bond and adhere to the surface. My application was from grout to tile. Working well so far at day 3.

Review for the Black Heat Resistant Glove
I am writing this as I have come back to buy another glove after purchasing my first glove for my Chirstmas stocking. I have used this glove for removing 400 degree and higher glass dishes and metal pans from my oven along side my big fat knobby red silicone BBQ grilling mit on my other hand. Both protect from initial heat but both will heat up with time and contact. This glove conducts less heat than the red BBQ mit for a longer time and cools off faster. Having the fingers of the glove is a ten times advantage over the mit. The red BBQ mit does have the advantage of being more or less hot water and grease proof. I would never grab anything glowing red with this glove unless it was a real emergency! In which case it would be safer than not wearing it. If I were to have anything to add to them it would be more silicone to the outside in a more ergonomical pattern as opposed to the graphic label design on the glove. Make it available in a larger size. Also a more water proof glove would be great. Overall, I'm very happy with this glove and the price with Amazon Prime is pretty good.

Easy to Use / Works Great / Highly Recommend
This product was an excellent choice to quickly resolve a leak in my in-ground swimming pool. My leak was on the exterior of one of the 1½" Schedule 40 PVC pipes penetrating the side wall for the pump return jet. In my case the fitting for the jet nozzle was a friction fit to the pipe interior, so I slid out the jet nozzle so the junction between the 1½" PVC pipe and the cement / Diamond Bright wall was exposed. A utility knife was used to dig out any loose cement / Diamond Bright around the pipe prior to starting, increasing the leak slightly at this point. A suitable length of the epoxy rod was cut off, then mixed by hand until a uniform color was attained. That mixed epoxy was forced into the gap between the 1½" PVC and the cement / Diamond Bright, until I was unable to push any more into the gap. The leak was identified prior to the repair using liquid food coloring and a children's oral liquid medicine syringe. This permitted placing very controlled small drops of coloring in the water near the suspected leak, then watching the water flow forcing it through the wall gap. Once the epoxy repaired the leak, the food coloring demonstrated the leak was fixed.

Easy to use for pool
Had a slow leak around a jet in our salt water pool and have tried multiple products to fix it, none have worked. This product was easy to mix, just pull a small piece off and roll around with your fingers for about a minute then apply. If you wait too long it will get very hot and harden, so work fast. I used it under water and was gentle and it worked fine. So far, so good. I have almost an entire tube left in case I need to keep re applying.

Moldable, cures under water.
Fresh enough that only the first 1/4 inch is crusty, good to go after that. Toss the crusty bit, cut off the amount you need, knead what you cut, then mold in place. Cured adhesion appears good, though initial underwater tack is poor. Push in place and make sure edges stay in place during cure.

Works, but doesn’t last long
I used this on a crack on the stairs of an in-ground pool. Worked for about a month, but then began tj crack and come off. Worked for a short term fix

It works
It fixed my pool leak on the first try. It can be applied underwater so you don't need to drain anything. Pretty big amount -- I only used around a quarter of it. It seemed to stick to my fingers better than the pool material, but it stayed on.
