Excellent for controlling my dry hair in an emergency

My short dry hair is a nightmare in the morning. When I wake up it stands out in all directions & in truth I can’t dream of going out without washing or wetting it & restyling. It’s a very hateful, laborious process that has dried out & ruined my hair. I never expected this product to work but bought it at the enthusiastic recommendation of a saleswoman. The first time I used it I was amazed. I had an important, very early medical test with no time to wash or restyle my hair, which was standing out in all directions. I just grabbed this product in desperation & used it to try to tame the enemy. To my amazement I was able to leave the house quickly, looking decently groomed. This was a miracle! NOTHING else EVER worked before. I gave it only 4 stars because the product in the jar seems to be getting a bit dry but I wet it in my palm to soften it. I’ve never tried to use it as a shampoo because my hair is so dry, not greasy at all.

Little lasts a long time

This is such a great product. Just enough hold with very small amount. The last jar I had lasted over 5 years!

This is not a replacement for spray dry shampoo but works well for around the hair line. Or helps with fly aways

Great but overpriced

This product worked great for me (male, short hair). Gave my hair some texture without adding stiffness or a wet look. The Cremo dry shampoo paste product appears to have identical formulation but is available at a much lower price point - 1/5th that of R+Co. You read that right, same product for $25+ less. Gives you an idea of the profit margin for this product and how overpriced it is. Posting this review so that others who like this product like me can save themselves some money.

Works great for oily hair!

I love this product so much! I have extremely oily hair that is usually in a shag but is currently in a mullet. I was having a hard time styling the mullet to my liking, but after using this product on very oily, second-day hair, it is MUCH easier to style. It will give you a ton of texture, a little bit of piecey-ness, and a hold that lasts all day. Other reviews have mentioned the scent, and it is divine and very clean smelling. The container is pretty small, but I barely used a "finger full" (a swipe out of the container) to do my whole head, so I predict it will last an extremely long time, which is why I feel the price is fair. I LOVE this stuff, and I am a dry shampoo fiend and very anti-gel and anti-pomade, so I was surprised by how much I like this. It doesn't harden the hair at all like gels and pomades do, but gives enough hold to last a work day. Definitely recommend.

The absolute BEST dry shampoo

I love love LOVE this dry shampoo paste. At first I was skeptical because it feels a bit sticky when you first add it to your hair, but the texture and volume it gives is AMAZING. I have pretty thick fine hair and it’s always limp and blaahhh, but this stuff gives it a boost of volume in seconds. A little goes a long way!

I use this product to style my pixie haircut. It provides volume and control. It is not greasy and does not flake! I use it on dry hair.

Smells great, doesn’t work tho

I have thick and oily hair. I’ve had this product for almost two months and I keep trying it and it just isn’t doing it for me. Batiste was my holy grail but after it came out that they had carcinogens in their products I wanted to switch and this just doesn’t absorb the oil on my scalp and I think it gives it a gross texture. But I could see how if you had thin, fine hair it would help in that way. I only use one “finger swipe” so idk. If I’m doing something wrong let me know ???? but I do what the directions say and grab a pea size amount and rub it between my fingers so it melts a little and then massage it into my scalp. Smells great! Does not make my hair look or feel cleaner.
