Doesn't come with a chain

This is the only handle for a wentworth toilet and it does not come with a chain. Now I have to find a chain to fix the toilet.

Exact fit

The Kohler handle fit my Kohler tank just fine. Easy to install. Kohler could make the mounting connection to the tank out of something besides plastic. Don’t over tighten the nut. It will break

Kohler replacement handle! Works great

Chrome plated plastic handle, not metal

Works fine and replaced easily. Only negative is that this replacement part has a plastic chrome handle. The original that malfunctioned (made many years ago) had a solid metal lever handle. Everything is made with plastic now. I doubt it will last as long as the original part. Typical of replacement parts these days.

Far superior quality

As far as I can tell, this is a factory replacement Kohler part. I had bought a generic replacement from lowesdepot and was dissatisfied. It worked but felt cheap all around. This part has an actual metal handle with some weight to it - the cheaper one is thin plastic. The tolerances are tighter so it doesn't feel loose. The actuation is smooth and light to the touch. I will keep the other part as an emergency spare, but I expect this Kohler part to last 17 years, as did the original.

Exact replacement. Install was easy and after 2 weeks its still working perfectly.

Purchase Refunded

I ordered two handles. The first one I received was fine. I got the second handle about a week later and it was broken and missing a part. Not sure what happened but I did request a refund. I took pictures of both handles and you can see the differences between the good handle and the bad one.
