This is a good quality pant for the price, with a lightweight, wash and wear fabric, and I will be ordering 1 or 2 more pair. I typically wear a size 10-12 pant, depending on the cut, but ordered a size up, as recommended by others, and ordered a 14. The seller/manufacturer does not offer a size chart, so here is my info for reference. I am 5’9”, weigh 165, 31” waist, 43” hips. I washed the pants before having them altered, hoping they would shrink; they did not. The waist is at least 5”-6” too big, but the hips are perfectly comfortable. They’re loose, but not baggy - just enough room to not cut into me but not gather in the crotch. If I order a 12, I’m afraid the hips would be too tight, and my seamstress agreed that going a size down is not a good idea. She commented that these pants have a man’s cut, despite them being made for women. Bringing the waist in requires darts instead of a single alteration through the mid-seam. These pants are not hemmed, which is fine, because it allows me to personalize them in accordance to my height. I spent $33 in alteration fees, so be prepared. I could have hemmed them myself, but I am not experienced enough to alter the waist, so paying for alterations is an added cost. I am not giving them 5 stars because there is no size chart to follow, and the cut does not allow for a curvy female figure with a smaller waist and larger hips. If you are curvy, you will probably have to have them altered. If you are more boxy or apple shaped, maybe not. The waist was just so big that I could not make it work without altering the pant.
