I adore the entire Pooch Pad line; crate pad COVERS, pee pads, but the diapers might just be my favorite. We are currently owned by 11 dogs and 1 kitten. Two have hind end issues that means they are incontinent. Finding diapers that are reusable, designed for incontinence AND stay on is almost impossible. Every so often I look at the price of these and then others where you get three for the same cost; they come in all sorts of pretty colors, designs, patterns and have all sorts of "adjustments", and everyone raves about them so I buy them. Only to be forever disappointed as they fall off within hours, so I order different sizes, same issue. If you don't want to waste your money, prefer function over 'style', and truly need an incontinent diaper, PoochPants are the only way to go. I have used them, first as period panties, over a decade ago, to now incontinence diapers. These claim to be good for 300 washes, my original purchases are still going strong, if not a bit faded, almost 15 years later. The only reason I had purchase new ones, I needed different sizes. Sizing is 100% accurate; I currently use them on a Pug and a 3kg kitten, but historically used them on MinPins. Elastic is strong, as is the velcro, and I think this may be what sets these diapers apart, and keeps them snugly in place. Neither the dogs or the kitten fuss with them, remove them or try to eat them. They actually contain stool, within the diaper; messier for cleaning up the animal, but way nicer than stepping on turdlets around the house. Washing is a breeze, but, you may want to order several to a half dozen, as they CANNOT go in the dryer. I simply either handwash with hydrogen peroxide (disinfects, deodorizes, removes stains) put directly on the soiled inner portions, scrub the sides together, for several minutes then rinse under cold water until water runs clear, no sudsy residue, then hang dry. To machine wash, I recommend pretreating with hydrogen peroxide, turn inside out, lock down the velcro so it doesn't collect lint, and toss in a with any cold wash. ALWAYS HANG TO DRY. It's that simple. After over ten years of use, and never a single issue, no seams failing, no velcro failing, no elastic failing, no sizing changes, no problems whatsoever, I can honestly, and truly attest that these are well worth the investment, and highly recommend you at least purchase a few to try.
