Love this for omelets

This is a great utensil for turning and folding omelets. It stands up well to heat and is shaped in a way that’s perfect for omelets.

This works really well on omelets. I have always had a hard time folding them and still not an expert but between YouTube and this spatula it's sure easier.

Lasted 10+ years. Awesome!

Had another one of these before. It lasted 10+ years and was used every day. Was looking for a replacement and saw the exact same product on Amazon and bought a second one. Quite happy. That is how products should be - long lasting and comfortable.

Cleans mixing bowls and tools the best ever!

I love this tool! Amazon has this product in 2 sizes. 12" and an 8" for omelets made in those size pans. I highly recommend this tool. I especially like the 12' size. It does an excellent job for making omelets, but it is so much more versatile. I use the tool mainly for cleaning out bowls, pans, and tools. I've never had such great success with regular spatulas. I have given it as gifts. To protect the edge from dings, don't bang on your pot or bowl.

How did I omlet before this?

Where has this been all my omlet-making life? The thin soft edge flexes to get under the egg in a way that turners and spatulas won't. It's It's long enough to support most of the length of the omlet so you can flip it over without breaking it up. Wish I'd found this years ago!

It’s a great product whether for cooking or craft work

Used often, great kitchen tool

Great for flipping eggs or omelette or anything else that you may be frying at the time. I did buy it for omelettes but find that once you are using it you end up using it for everything. I've had this for a couple of years and it always goes into the dishwasher and comes out clean and looking like new. The blade of this is quite soft and bendable like a large spatula but the middle section is rigid so that it doesn't bend in half. Great bit of kitchen kit.

Love it already!

I've only had it for two days and I have already used it several times with good results. It does exactly what it claims to do, the very thin transparent edge easily slips under the edge of delicate omelettes so you can fold or roll without breaking the edges, and the sturdy yellow core supports the omelette so it doesn't fall apart. Good for folding and flipping quesadillas, too, especially heavier ones that have more than cheese inside. Washed up quickly and easily by hand, and also did just fine in the dishwasher. Since I haven't had it very long I haven't yet discovered all the possible uses, but for the ease of making omelettes alone I consider it a good purchase.

lovely spatula

I really like this turner. I haven't used it for eggs yet, but in any other kitchen chores. It works very well it is sturdy enough. It has a flexible part, but that area is less flexible than other spatulas, so it works better for some tasks. It is good for folding dough too. Oxo did a very good job designing this spatula. After using it for 2 years I love it even more. I used it for omelettes, turning dough. It's my best turner and I have a few.

Well, who knew there was a spatula for flipping ...

Well, who knew there was a spatula for flipping omelettes. I was using a big, hard plastic flipper for flipping my omelettes but it would always break up in the pan. This omelette flipper is soft enough to fit under the omelette and big enough to take one half and flip it over and it doesn't break up.
