Definitely an upgrade!
I've had extreme discomfort caused by the average desk chair with the single support in the center of the seat. Couldn't sit at my pc for longer than 30 minutes without needing to either stand or lay down to relieve the pain. This chair is a definite upgrade with it's 4 legs to broaden support across the whole seat. The mesh back support feels very nice too and keeps my back cool! My only issue is that with assembly the screw holes for the back rest didn't exactly line up on the left side but I still managed to get them through. I was also concerned at first that these screws were a little too long as they went through the holes completely. Thought they would poke at me or tear through the mesh over time, but they haven't touched me so it's okay. I might go to a local hardware store to find slightly shorter ones at a later date.

Can be converted into an armless chair
I purchased four of these chairs. The instructions were easy to follow, and assembling the first chair took about 10 minutes after all of the parts are removed from the box. The chairs are very comfortable and stable. They look and feel like high-end office furniture. A couple of years ago someone posted a question asking if the arms can be removed, and the answer is yes. The armrest ends are screwed into the chair's frame posts. Unscrew the post ends, turn the side frame upside down, step on the armrest, and pull the frame upwards until the armrest dislodges from the frame. I purchased 1 inch round plastic plug, pipe tubing caps to cover the open frame posts. I also replaced the caster wheels with 3 inch hard surface wheels. The chairs now easily slide in under desks and tables.

This chair is a perfect example of "if it ain't broke
I bought this chair to use as my main desk chair at my computer. I'm sick to death of the normal 5-legged swivel office chairs that always seem to break in some way within six months. This chair is a perfect example of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." It's a really, really good chair, especially since it's so hard to find four-legged office chairs anymore. It's very sturdy, straight, with just enough give in the back so I don't feel like I'm leaning against a hard surface. The seat is much softer than it appears. The only very glaring issue that might make me not recommend it to someone else are those inner, curved edges where the armrest meets the front legs. They poke my legs and after a few days in this chair I feel like I have bruises on the side of each leg. To be fair, I don't really notice it when I'm sitting and paying attention to something, but I feel it when I stand up. I'm going to have to put some kind of padding there eventually. If any company reps end of reading this, you may want to pass this along to your bosses. Truthfully, my four star review is generous simply because I don't find the problem such a big deal and I really like the chair overall, but I can tell that this issue may cause others to leave a very bad review, especially those that are extremely conscious to the comfort of their chair. UPDATE: May 26, 2022 After using this bad boy literally every day for the last 6 years to support my 300 pound fat ass, one of the caster wheel legs finally broke. The mesh on the back was getting a little frayed, and the seat cushion had been marked for eternity with the scent of my grundle, but I think I got my money's worth. UPDATE: June 5, 2022 I was going to replace the chair, but I just went ahead and bought some universal 2" caster wheels and replaced them. Fit right in no problem. I figure after maybe another year or two the mash back might tear too much to sit in, and maybe then I'll finally replace the entire chair. Or maybe I'll just DIY it. The frame is still in perfect condition.

I love this chair
I got this chair because as an artist I need a rolling chair but traditional desk chairs with the X and wheels get in the way of my easel or I rest my foot on the wheel base and before I know it my foot is killing me. The only thing I’d love more is if it had adjustable arms but it’s still awesome. It took me a bit to assemble and I did mess up the first try but overall I had it together in about 30 min. I got mine used like new and I can’t see a thing wrong with it. Got a great deal but it’s def a good value.

Easy to assemble and comfortable
These chairs are easy to assemble and comfortable. We bought two to test and ended up ordering 10 more to use as guest chairs in offices. They would work for a conference or training room but we prefer nesting chairs for that purpose. install tip: the long screws and crush washers go into the seat bottom, put the washers on the screws and use them to hold the cross braces in place so you can screw on the seat. If you use a power drill these can be put together in 10 mins.

Very sturdy, nice looking and comfy.
Bought this for my dementia husband to make it easier to move him up to the table. Very solid and a comfortable padded seat. Rolls better than a swivel chair, even use it on laminate floors to get him to bedroom when he’s too tired. Put it together myself, a 2nd person would have helped. Very happy with it.

Good Product
I was looking for a reasonably priced 4 legged office chair on rollers to use at my computer desk and navigate about my home office. This chair seems to fit the bill. Arrived earlier than expected for no shipping costs, well packed, no damage. Pretty easy to put together (having two people to initially hold the pieces steady would have made it even easier). Sturdy, comfortable and reasonably priced. Don't expect it to last forever but good chair for the money.
