Minimalist sleek winerack

I generally have a dim view of most countertop wine racks. They all seem dated to the 80s or 90s. I like the sleek, open-sided design of this one. Almost inviting you to play wine tic-tac-toe. The bamboo wood matches easily with everything from stainless steel and tile, to dark wood and granite. The design, to me, has an almost bauhaus feel to me - minimal in size/mass, function centric, and pleasing to look at. I only deduct a star for assembly because you kinda need a third hand to hold the pieces in place while you put the screws (only 2) and dowels (only 2 as well) in. Would definitely recommend, and maybe even buy another one.

Excellent product for the price!

I read many of the product reviews and was leery of purchasing. Still couldn't pass up this rack at the price. Received it and was very pleased. Despite the problems so many reviewers seemed to have, I had none of them. Took about 15 minutes to assemble. All the hardware needed was included. Very attractive. Don't think it could hold my gold bars (if I had any) but it is a very sturdy and solid wine rack. The biggest problem is my wine keeps disappearing from it. But that is a problem for a different vendor!

Works great for seltzer bottles!

I bought this wine rack because my fiance and I drink a lot of seltzer. We buy about 12 (33.8 fl. oz.) bottles at the grocery store every week and I got tired of just leaving them in shopping bags on the floor. This wine rack works great for that! Essenbly was overall pretty easy, a little confusing at first but we were able to figure it out, no problem. I only took one star off because after we assembled it, it seemed to tip over a little. Not sure if it's because this was made from bamboo or because I bought mine second hand. Either way, not a big issue. Once I put the bottles on it, it seemed to balance out. Overall I love this rack (so far)!

Attractive and functional

This is actually my second purchase of this same wine rack. Assembly is a bit tricky (not hard) taking a few extra minutes for the first one, but it results in the best wine rack for the price that I have seen. Ours have seen many bottles come and go and they are a sturdy, and look as good as they did when we purchased the first one several years ago.

Remarkably sturdy

Easy to assemble if you read the instructions. I was concerned looking at some other reviews but the pieces are accurately made and fit together nicely. Only one was slightly loose but it stays in place perfectly well once it’s screwed together. The lady who said the holes were in the wrong place was holding the pieces parallel when they should be perpendicular, hopefully she sees this and can fix her rack. The finished product is sturdy and looks really nice, much more expensive than it actually is.

Nifty little bottle holder

I was looking for something that was small in nature to fit behind my faucets at my kitchen sink. I have a weird corner sink and had bottles stacked up behind that area. This fits perfectly.

Love it!

Easy to put together, affordable, matches my bamboo cabinets! Overall great value! Holds 12 regular bottles, I can even fit a champaign bottle on the upper outside area of the rack, champaign bottles are a little larger than a regular wine bottles. Highly recommend!

Does something, anyway.

Warning! Do not drink & assemble! This came during lunch, so after a glass of wine (or was it beer?), I hauled it out & got a screw driver, put everything on the other end of the table; problem was that I was convinced that it was supposed to tip the bottles slightly downhill. I still don't know if that's correct, but between me & the old man (not tipsy), we figured that it: 1. can go together only *one* way 2. looks like somebody got 'artsy' & designed it to look like it's blowing in the wind (from one angle it's totally Frank Gehry). 3. holds bottles. So there ya go...watch out for earthquakes, though!

Manufacturer needs to properly glue some of the joints.

Beautiful Bamboo rack however when I received it some of the pieces that were in the box were not properly glued. Good thing I had some carpenters glue to re-glue some of the dowels back into place. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to assemble. Overall it is a very nice wine rack.

A bit loose

Cannot tolerate 9 bottles I think, but good for 6 to 7 ones. It's a bit loose and seems like it's going to fall apart
