Awesome!

This thing can do anything. I bought this after reading several reviews. I love this air fryer and am not sure if I’ll ever use my oven again. It is large and has many functions, it comes with a chest sheet for meals and about 100 pre programmed meals. I like the stainless steal trays and the grill tray is awesome too. The light inside and glass door is an added bonus.

Great price and cooks food beautifully

We haven't had a chance to give it a full test but, with what features we have it's been pretty spot on. My favorite meal to date has been my wife's wings. OMG!! We have cooked a full Turkey Breast, frozen and it turned out great, just took a lot longer to cook than expected. It was juicy and tasty, though the tasty is because of wife's spices she used. Haven't had an opportunity to use the probe yet otherwise.

LOVE THIS AIR FRIER BUT DON'T DUST THE UNIT WHILE PLUGGED IN

Dusted the unit with a towel while plugged in, knocked that wattage down to 700 and didn't notice. I thought it had done a header on me. One night We had the best, most tender pork country ribs, the next it wouldn't crisp the fries after three rounds. It was 4 days past the return deadline. Imagine my relief when I discovered the watage change. The circulation riser won't sit level, which irritates me but doesn't cause an issue with how the foot sits. This is super easy to clean, does its job well, and I'd buy it again if we use it to death! 5 STARS!

Good, but has issues

The Brio is a decent value for the money. It has enough room for a small meal, like a couple burgers and some fries. But it tends to overheat, and stops. I have it well ventilated, and use the presets usually. But it tends to stop between cycles, or heavy usage. After it cools off five minutes or so, it's ready again. Still, that can be annoying. Other than that, no issues.

A pain to keep clean

Food cooked in this fryer is excellent. You won’t be disappointed with the flavor. The basket is deep but not big in width, so won’t hold many items. Example, French fries for more than 2 will take 2 rounds of cooking. Even though it’s dishwasher safe I find the grease from cooking spray bakes on and sticky residue remains after washing. Otherwise I am happy with this fryer.

Convenient, and loveing it.????

I've put steak fries in tasted great. Also air fried a steak tasted great. It has preset settings for steaks but you might have to increase the time of you to cook medium well. Easy to clean it has a drip tray.

Handy Appliance

We have been using this fryer frequently since we got it three months ago. Our ten year old son uses it the most. He likes to cook chicken nuggets/strips and potato products. They cook up nice and crispy without mushy insides. Cooking times do need to be adjusted with the volume of food put into the fryer. Most items need to be turned or shaken halfway through cooking time. The fryer sits at a slant making the control panel easy to read and use. However it also takes up more counter space because of the angle. The sides have nicely recessed slots at the bottom making it easy to carry. Operating the controls are easy however if you want to cook successive items it has to be shut off in between and reset instead of simply adding more time. Cleaning is easy due to the finish used inside, just soapy water and wipe. There is a bit of residue buildup inside but it is not noticeable to the eye. The bottom screen is more difficult to clean though. The edges of the cooking basket are not rolled metal and therefore be careful not to accidentally cut yourself. Here are some measurements that might be handy; The fryer outside: (bottom) back to front including the handle- 15 1/2” (39.7 cm), side to side- 11” (28 cm), height at tallest point- 13 3/8” (34.1 cm). The cooking basket: (bottom) back to front- 7 5/8” (19.3 cm), side to side- 8 7/16” (21.5 cm), all corners rounded off. Top of cooking basket: back to front- 9 1/4} (23 cm), side to side- 9” (22.3cm), all corners rounded off and note that the basket narrows towards the front. The height of the basket is 5” (12.7 cm). I purchased 8” XL air fryer accessories to use with this fryer. The largest diameter pan has a top diameter of 7 7/8” (20 cm) and the bottom diameter is 7 1/8” (18.1 cm). It nicely fits into the cooking basket with just a fraction of room to spare.

Lettering/painting of letters and symbols smearing off and disappearing

I liked that the product does what it was advertised to do. I have to make adjustments to cooking time and temperature to what I think I needed. The bad thing is in less than 2 months of use, the lettering on the product started to smear. The UP arrow is very often used when I adjust the temperature but now the symbol and the other letters now disappeared completely Because of this printing quality issue, and I believe the manufacturer of this product is aware if this quality issue, I would like them to address this issue. I am disappointed by this product, because of the label quality issue and I would like to send the item back, before all the letterings / labels on the front of the product will be smeared off, otherwise, I would like to request for a refund. Prospective buyers of this product, beware that through time, the labels and sqymbols smears or gets erased when wiping front with cloth, so you have to guess the function that you need from the erased letters/symbols, which is really inconvenient and frustrating. Thank you.

Great frier!

Great frier that we use regularly. Clean up is pretty good, no more than any other cooking appliance.
