Cast Iron For the Win

I have been indecisive between getting a stone or cast iron pizza pan. I have had a stone in the past and did like it but after researching the best option and the best pan it brought me to this one. It did not disappoint! The crust comes out perfect! I was so excited to try it I started curing it the moment it was delivered. My only complaint about it was the awful smell for about four hours while curing it. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase!

We’re gonna test drive it…

Just received my new cast iron piece! Had an old family heirloom that didn’t make a recent move (???????????? it was 70 years old and from Europe) and had to have a replacement as I only cook with cast iron anymore. Just bought one as a trial from this brand and excited to try it out! Will update review if necessary

I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it looks great. Nice smooth surface just like my good cast iron skillets and I love the big chunky handles. They will help a lot to get a good grip when it's hot.

It's heavy and solid and cleans up nicely.

It is a great pan just like the one my mother had when I was a kid that was used to make Roti This is a very heavy pan that cooks evenly , and it won't warps like my older set.-The handles are hefty and the whole pan feels sturdy.

Very satisfied

Nice heavy weight. Made well. I use it for fish on the outside grill. No smoke in the house. Low side nakescit easy to flip versus skillet. Works well for this purpose.

Great pizza stone for fresh and frozen

I used the stone to cook my own, from scratch, pizza as well as a frozen premade. Very impressed so far! I seasoned the pan 1/3x before using it. The cheese from the pizza stuck a little, but I am sure that after I season the pan the additional 2x it will be a 5-star piece of cookware. So far I recommend it.
