Most favorite milk bags
I have pumped now with 4 kids and tried several brands of bags, and these are by far my most favorite. They are sturdy and out of the thousands that I've used, I've only had a very small handful that have leaked, and this usually happens only after we've dropped a frozen bag of milk and made a small puncture hole. I will not use any other bag!

Leak Proof
These bags have not leaked on me! Get them!

Helped me save 2500 OZ with ZERO leaks!
I pumped during EVERY nursing session for 5 months straight, in an effort to bank as much milk as possible for my second baby. In that time, I froze and stashed 2500 ounces of breastmilk. With my firstborn I used a variety of different bags, but was having problems with leaking, so I eventually settled on these. So with my new baby, I already knew that these bags would be my go-to for what I was about to attempt. I have used the Nuk bags exclusively the entire time, and went through about 640 bags to get to 2500 ounces when I stopped, and we have had NOT ONE LEAK. I can’t really speak for the measurements on the bag because I didn’t really use them... since the weight of breastmilk itself can vary depending on a number of factors like how much water you drank or fat you consumed that day. I weighed my pumped milk with a small digital kitchen scale and used those weights for my ounce measurements. I never once spilled milk while pouring it into the bag for storage...I held the bag in one hand with the top lip/spout folded down and out of the way, and poured the milk in from the pump bottle with the other hand. Zipped it up and laid it flat for freezing to optimize storage space. Done, zero issues. The most I ever stored in one bag was about 6 ounces, but the majority of my frozen bags held 5 ounces exactly because I estimated that was how much my baby would be eating in one sitting by the time he was 6 months. It also made the most efficient use of the capacity of the bags without pushing their capacity limits, and I could fit 11 five ounce bags snugly into a gallon size freezer ziplock bag (I call them milk bricks), for optimized freezer storage space. By the time I was done I had saved about 48 milk bricks in my freezers. My son is now exclusively drinking my frozen breastmilk, so we have already thawed about 150 of the bags. We place the frozen bag in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes to allow it to thaw and warm, and then pour from the bag into his bottle. The flap/spout at the top of the bag allows us to pour without spilling one drop. Again. Zero leaks during the thawing process. Honestly, these bags were perfect... we definitely put them to the test and they held up beautifully. They were one of the most affordable options available that from my experience ensured the quality I was looking for, and when you’re saving your precious liquid gold that you worked SO HARD to make, you want the most reliable option you can find! 100% recommend!

buy these bags! we compared many bags and these win!!
We have twins and are having frozen breast milk shipped to us via fedex twice a week on a combination of wet ice and freezer packs in a styrofoam container (Insulated Shipping Containers, 13 3/4" x 11 3/4" x 11 7/8"; http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000ZJSH3I/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_6). The bags were not overfilled and were frozen flat. We found out early that some bags do not hold up well so I ordered every single breast milk bag I could and kept track of how they did (I am a scientist). Here are the results from worst to best (NOTE: this review is most relevant if you are shipping breast milk as fedex is not gentle on packages; if you are not shipping other bags we don't like might be fine but I can tell you which is best overall). Hope you can learn from our experience. Honeysuckle breast milk storage bags: terrible. More than half of these broke during shipping whereas in the same shipment other bag types held up well. I would avoid these. Lansinoh breast milk storage bags: second worst. About 1/4-1/3 of these typically broke/leaked upon shipping. It is not hard to tell they are the flimsiest. P.S. If you use these, a tip I found to help thaw them is to put each bag in a zip lock so it the bag leaks you can still use what stays in the bag (versus what leaks into the ziplock). Medela breast milk storage bags: ok, not great. Hold up better than Honeysuckle and Lansinoh. About 1/6 - 1/5 of these would break/leak. They are also more difficult to pour out of and tend to lose a little milk in the pouring process (trick is to pour fast out of these). Ameda breast milk storage bags: never used them as they come with twist ties and not ziplock seals. Dr. Brown's breast milk storage bags: work great. never had one break. stand up well on their own. very easy to pour out of. Recommended except there is an option just as good and cheaper. NUK/Gerber Seal N Go Disposible Liner: the winner! One bag out of very many has leaked. Stayed intact even when other bags did not survive. Good to pour out of (not as easy as Dr. Brown's but good enough). Thaw well. Better priced than Dr. Brown's (which is why we went with these).

Absolutely recommend
These bags are amazing. I read the reviews online about how these bags were cheaper than some of their competitors (Medela, etc) but better, and I would absolutely agree. The double seal is great. I've frozen a bunch of milk and none of my bags have ever exploded. The bags actually stack on each other perfectly (lay-flat) if you only got l till it until 120ml. If you do more than that, they still stack really well in the fridge. They also stand upright on the own when filling them/full, so that's handy as well. I'd say don't spend more on the but brands when this one outperforms

Great product, no leaks or tears.
After trying numerous breast milk bags, this is the clear favourite for our family. We have not had any issues with leaking or tears. The bag pours easily into bottles. The bag does not get damage when warming milk under hot water in the bag. We like that it has a double seal to ensure no leaks. On a personal note if you lie the bag flat to store in the freezer instead of upright allows for more easy and compact storage, a definite win if limited freezer space.

Great quality, great quantity. Best bags I’ve used
Love these bags - I’ve used three types now (Medela, Avent, and some brand from a baby boutique) and these are hands down my favourite! Easy to use, write on, stores lots of milk, great cost and feels more ‘sturdy’ not as flimsy as other brands. I also find the measuring seems to be more accurate. Would highly recommend!!

The ONLY bag that doesn't leak
Nuk bags are the only bags i use now. Ive used Medela, Presidents Choice and Lansinoh... all of which had issues with either leaks or unexplained holes. Not 1 of my Nuk bags has lost even a droo of milk. I wouldnt buy or recommend any other milk storage bag.
