Disappointed in shipper

Love this product but, the bottle came without a seal! About 1/4 of product was in the shipping bag. Was this a used return they sent to me?

It worked for me!

Not the same as before

The formula seems to have changed, and I read it's now made in Mexico. The product does NOT tingle on the scalp like it used to, which another reviewer remarked also. It does leave my hair smooth, but I miss the tingling action.

Seems like a fake product... or is an OLD product

This product seems like a fake!! It smells so different than what I've purchased in-store, and it does not work the same, either (no major tingling). So, it's fake or so old that it no longer works - either way, gross. (I only purchased online via Amazon because the stores were shut down in Ontario at the time and curbside pickup was not offered where I usually purchase this product. Lesson learned! I will NEVER buy beauty products via this site again.)

Effectiveness

Very effective. My hair stopped falling. This product smells good too, not flowery but something like minty ????
