Very nice running and activity belt.
I am an active person, and am always needing to be able to have water on me, but often can't come up with something convenient. This is a really nice item that I was provided to try out and review. Likes:? I like the New Balance brand. This has some cool red water bottles. I like the middle pocket to be able to store things. I am not sure, well I know actually, that this will be a really tight fit for a iPhone Max or a similar Android. But for keys and headphone cases and such, this fits fine. The water bottles are minimal, so this isn't a great thing for long hikes per se, but otherwise it will work for fast walks, running and this kind of thing. The belt is pretty generous so it should fit most people. Dislikes?: Well, this is a system that requires the water bottles be from this set-up only as this is not a pocket arrangement. So if you lose or damage the bottles you are out of luck. This is one drawback. I am not saying you can't have a regular water bottle, but it won't be flat and that may cause you to flip out a bit. Overall?: Despite the issues with the water bottles and whether this lies flat, this is still a really useful item to have for making sure you have water on you for those long runs, walks, hikes and similar. Good purchase at a fair price point.

perfect for short hikes!
I got this for short hikes when I need to bring water and a few items but not deal with the backpack. It works great! I can fit my iphone, ID, and keys in the pouch along with a powerbar or energy gel pack. Note, though, that I have an iPhone SE so it's not huge - larger ones may not fit too well. There's a zipper pouch with a pocket inside and a thin outer pocket with a velcro closure. The velcro is pretty strong, but if you need easy access to an energy bar or gel, you could put it in there. Personally I use that one for any garbage (gel/bar wrappers) to toss out properly when I get back home. (also good to have a little T.P. and ziplock baggie along for bathroom emergencies - put the used T.P. in the ziplock and dispose properly when you get home - leave no trace! :) ) The 2- 10oz water bottles are good and easy to access. I like that the holders they go in have elastic to keep them snug and in place. I'm not sure how these would do for running as I've only used this for hiking so far. But I don't think they'd fall out while running - at least not at the pace I would go! The belt it comfortable and easy to adjust. I can size it to fit me (I'm a women's size 2) or my hubby (32" waist) quite easily. There are those extra elastic loop things on the belt where you can clip things to it, like maybe a hat or - I don't know what. Have not used them, but could come in handy some day.

It's ... fine
A little bouncy, honestly. The idea is good, but when the bottles are full it's a bit heavy for the thing to stay in place. The bottles are as thin as they can be, which is good, and the pocket seems to hold what i need to store, but overall it's almost like an exposed, quick access fanny-pack.

Mediocre bottles, decent hiking belt
New Balance's Dual Hydration pack is a nice idea; a belt pack for pretty much everything along with water bottles that are balanced on either side. However, I don't love the bottles themselves. They seem cheap, and don't really close up well either. I'd love to find a replacement for them that fits in the loops and keep the belt. 4 stars.

Great for walking around with kids
This is great for when I go out with my kids. They hate carrying their water bottles and always make me carry it. With this I can just carry it on my waist and keep my hands free. The bottles aren’t huge but then again you don’t want to carry too much as it’ll weigh you down. It works and the bottles didn’t have any funky smells. I like it and would recommend it.

Sturdy belt with not great, but usable bottles.
The belt itself fits well and has a solid, secure closure. The part holding the water bottles feel durable and holds them pretty securely. It is also somewhat stretchy and has a decent range of adjustments to get a good fit. The water bottles themselves are a bit less durable feeling than I would have liked, but so far I have had no real issues with them. They just don't feel like they would survive a few accidental drops. They are also fairly small, so for longer walks/hikes they would probably be insufficient. Overall though this is a pretty good hydration pack for low intensity and short workouts.

A good, solid buckle
I plan to put this to a real test once the snow flies and I can wear it cross country skiing. During the initial try-on, it definitely passes one key metric of mine--a good quality buckle. It snaps shut securely and doesn't seem like it would pop open unexpectedly. The zip wallet is big enough for a wallet, a key, and a smallish cell phone. As others have pointed out, the water bottles appear to be an afterthought. They're a bit small and look/feel cheap. I do like the streamlined way the bottles are held to the belt.

Great belt with small water bottles
I want to like this walking/hiking belt but I’m still on the fence. The belt itself is comfortable and has a decent stretch to it, which I like for bending and climbing. The water bottles are sort of sad to me. They’re top heavy so make sure to put them in your belt after you’ve secured it around your waist. The little holders for the bottles don’t hold them if you’re bent too far over. I’d say this is a great item for preteens or upper grade school age so they can carry the few little things they need on a hike. Walkers would really enjoy this! The zipper pouch holds a cellphone, keys, wallet, and granola bars without issue. Over all I’d like a better water bottle but I’d definitely buy the belt again.
