A bit difficult to use for younger kids

Great Nerf Product

Super fun toy for all kids. It was super easy to assemble with the instructions given. I was surprised at how far the arrows went. My 10 year old loved it! He said it was super comfortable and easy to use. Great for getting the kids outside.

This can't be a NERF product cause it's SO horribly made and pathetic. My kid was so disappointed for I bought this for her as part of her Easter Prize.

LOOKS COOL, BUT DOESN'T WORK!

Unfortunately, I start shopping for Christmas pretty early on and have discovered this is the price I will pay for it. I am a NERF fan, therefore my grandson has an entire Nerf wall that my husband has built for him. He has every Nerf product known to mankind, however this one is a FAIL, right out of the gate! I don't know if its is simply a defective item or if it is a piece of junk entirely. I guess I will never know as I have passed my Amazon return date. Very, dissatisfied.

Firing Mechanism broke in less than 1 week.

The internal firing mechanism stopped working. I can feel it is not smooth inside any longer but don't see a way to repair or open the unit to repair. Will have to see if I can get a warranty claim.

What a joke. This thing shoots arrows a whopping 8 feet. Completely defective.

Low powered bow

The bow comes with some assembly required, but it is simple enough, and the instructions good enough, that is was not hard to assemble. The material seems strong enough for play, and is comfortable. There is a string connected to the air piston that launches the bolt, but I don't think it provides any thrust. The energy feels like it comes from an internal spring. The volume of air is low or the pressure it builds is weak, because the bolts/arrows don't fly far. As a parent, that's a plus for me, but less exciting for my child, who gave this 5 stars, by the way. The instructions say outside only, which is what I would also say, but the sales page title says indoor/outdoor. It doesn't shoot hard, so you might get away with not breaking a window, but there's still a chance of knocking the china on the floor. There are spots on the bow to hold the extra ammo. It worked well for a nine year old boy and his friend. Like I said, be rated it with 5 stars. I would say it's middling, but I actually like that it doesn't have a lot of power to cause accidents.
