So far so good
This is my 2nd day using these pills. I do intermittent fasting and just needed a little extra something to help. I hate exercising, so I don't. The only exercise I do is walk some distances when I have to lol. I weighed myself before I started taking these pills, 1st day I was 151.3 lbs. The next day i was 147.5 lbs. Like holy hell, that's a lil over 3 lbs lost in 1 day. I took 2 pills 15 mins before a main meal. Warning: if you're gonna take these pills please do it at home because they make you run to the toilet, I went twice the first day i used them, it almost felt like I took a laxative, that's the only thing I didn't like about these pills but other than that, I lost 3 lbs in 1 day woo hoo lol. I'll keep taking 2 daily before my main meals and monitor my weight, will try these for 2 weeks along with intermittent fasting and see how much weight I'll lose.

Seems to work
They seem to work right away after the first dose. Be warned, you should be near a bathroom and I would avoid taking it at night if you have a late meal. I woke up to the worst cramping. At least it can be dealt with during the day.

No Bull - A Must Supplement If You Struggle with your Weight
I have been watching my weight since my teens by limiting carbohydrate intake. It worked like a charm until I reached 44 years old, when my body downshifted in to a much slower gear. Great product
I am 5’9” and 227 pounds, or at least I was. In 1 week after taking 2 pills before breakfast and Lunch I am now 220 lbs. I do exercise minimum 30 minutes a day and make at least 6,000 steps per day. However I was doing this for months before taking this product. I started talking this because I am pre-diabetic and I do feel better after meals when I take it. Highly recommend.

Won't be using again
I just threw out these pills last night with more than half the bottle left. When I first started taking these pills, (WARNING TMI) it turned my poop green everyday after I took it for about a week. Following that, I would have to go to the bathroom shortly after I took the pills, but the green went away. After I took these pills my stomach would hurt for the rest of the day. I took a break from taking them for about a week. The next week I took them and threw up a few hours later. I took a break for about two weeks and decided to try them again, they caused me to throw up again, for an hour. Finally had enough and threw them out.

Block them carbs!
The media could not be loaded. I feel like this is a high-quality product for a great price. These types of products have been around for quite a few years now, so I imagine there is some degree of validity to the claims. I use these intermittently, depending on what level of carbs I might be eating with what? Degree of regularity. It’s nice to have around the house for sure.

私には体質的に合わないのか、服用した2時間後くらいに胃の違和感と吐き気が襲ってきて最終的に嘔吐します。3度つらい思いをして、ようやく諦めがつきました。もう飲むのはやめます。
