Exactly what it is supposed to be
I ordered one 12” hinge. I paid for one hinge. I received 5 hinges. Can find no way to communicate, would like to return the unneeded hinges. The hinge itself is just what I expected and will do the job.

Glove box hinge
Used it as a hinge for my 1988 Samurai glove box. Worked AWESOME for that!!!!!!!!!!!!

A great light-to-medium duty piano hinge
I used these to mount an aluminum sheet onto a plywood sheet for a trophy shadowbox I was making, so I worked with two different fasteners: the included wood screws and some 3/8 pop rivets I also bought on Amazon. The hinge took both fasteners. It lined up easily and was forgiving when my material edge was a little warped and my two parallel hinges were just a bit off. The metal of the hinge is thin enough to flex a bit but robust enough for plenty of use. I'd call it light-to-medium duty. It would be great for a box or a plaque, but perhaps not for a pet door or other heavy-use item.
