Excellent repair tape!
Ok, this stuff has saved my butt many times in my line of work. I'm a trucker and occasionally I pick up trailers that have damaged roofs or sides I use this stuff to repair things like that until it can get to a shop for a permanent repair. Just make sure the surface is clean and dry before you apply it. I'll definitely be buying more!

The first half is promising.... Upgraded to 5 Stars
Edited: with just a little patience I was able to separate the film. Moving to 4 Stars with follow up after summer Like many others, it is sticking to the release film. For the first half of the roll, the film released fine. Then, oddly, the film came off a section and now instead of being on the foil side it was on the tacky side and would not separate. The part that got on is holding so far. I will come back to say how it held up (using under 2x4 deck rails to keep out carpenter bees) , in case anyone thinks it worth the risk to buy. Added after 9 months of use Separating could be a hassle, but a small price to pay for how well it worked in my specific case. 100% of the pieces have stayed on where it's been used on the underside of an Alabama deck rail. Rain and Heat have not affected the adhension. If I had to, I would buy this every year to keep Carpenter Bees out if necessary, but for now, it this shows no signs of falling off. It's been much better than the Velcro two piece system and much easier to cut.

Seals greenhouse well
We bought this to seal up the panels on my greenhouse as they kept coming out when it was windy outside. I also was hoping it would help keep a little warmth in if we could secure any weird crevices or holes that had popped up over the last year. Works perfectly! I have not lost a panel since buying my first roll at home depot and the 2nd here. I used a box cutter to slice down the middle of the roll in order to be able to cover more area and not buy a bunch of rolls of tape. I've noticed the greenhouse is also staying a little warmer now that the weird little gaps have been filled in. We applied this on a sunny day the first time and lightly rainy day the 2nd time, the water did pose any problem to this sealing and its holding with no issues.

Does what I needed it to do
I recently changed out one of the portable air conditioner units I have installed in my house. I went with a different model so I needed to redo the window air dam that the vent connects to. I wasn't happy with the one I built before, so I took this opportunity to redesign the new one so that I could easily open & close the window when needed. This aluminum tape worked great for this project. The adhesive is very sticky, sort of reminds me of rubber glue. The tape has a thin plastic backing that protects the tape from sticking to itself while on the roll. You have to peel that off before using the tape. Doing that was a varying degree of effort, from really easy to downright frustrating. Since finishing my AC project I made use of some of this tape to fix other things. Squirrels pulled down one of my bird feeders, and when the feeder hit the ground the base cracked. A couple pieces of this tape put it back together, and looks like it should last the rest of summer. The roll was a bit smaller than I was expecting.

Worth every penny
This tape is amazing. I once used it to fix a cracked toilet tank. It was continued to work while fully submerged for years. I keep some on hand at all times for critical fixes.

This stuff holds well and seals out the wet weather.
I've purchased many rolls of this over the years for different projects. This roll was for a leaky roof that needs some work done. In the meantime I purchased some high quality vinyl tarps that are supposed to last a long time. I used this tape to seal the 22' long seam where 2 tarps meet. I also used this to seal the hole I cut in the tarp for my wood burning stove pipe. So what is sealed was where the pipe and hole meet. The seal is holding strong and keeping out the rain and wind. That is exactly what I wanted it to do. I'm happy with this product.

Works Great!
I have tried Duck tape along with other brands to stop a leak where I had to join my washing machine hose to a garden hose. I try to conserve water and use the water from my laundry to water outside. My application is not a normal one so I was lost on what to due. After a long search I found this Nashua tape, after biting the bullet and paying the price I ordered it since I thought I had tried everything else. To my surprise this tape did the job! No more leak and I can now get rid of the bucket under the joint of the connection. I would have given it 5 star but it does seem a bit pricey.

Bright & Waterproof
I used the tape to seal a seam on the metal roof of my utility trailer. After cleaning and preparing the surface the tape was easily applied and now, a month later with some rainy days, it has proven itself waterproof, remained in place and still looks good. It's too early to report on how long it will hold up in the Arizona sun but I don't mind if I have to reseal the roof every few years.
