One for each vehicle

These are simple and work well. I have one in a jeep compass and the other in a dodge dart. I like that the mirror isn't distorted at all. We have a different brand that is distorted.

NOPE

I didn't really like this. It isn't universal for all cars. Most people put their babies in the middle and the middle doesnt always have a headrest. I got an eletric one and it works SM better.

Not for all cars

We purchased 2 of these mirrors for both of our vehicles so we can see our baby while driving and we chose these because they came recommended by the car seat safety specialist (they are crash tested and are amongst the safest on the market). However, using them for 2 months didn’t make me their fan. The installation is fairly easy but you do have to finagle with it a bit. The mirrors are very sturdy and pretty clear, I do wish the reflective surface was a bit bigger but it works. My least favorite part is that they wiggle. A lot. Doesn’t matter how tight I have them they tend to slide either up or down a lot when I drive so you either only see the top of the car seat or baby’s feet. It is very unpractical as I have to fix it every time I put the baby in the car. I think it just depends on the shape of the car’s headrest and ours just isn’t working out 100%

Not as easy to adjust as others

I like this because it’s easy to install, is a good size, and the straps are wide enough to not dog into the headrest and create furrows the way the old one I used did. The downside is that the way the straps are set up, it makes it difficult to adjust it the way I need it: I need it to angle down another two inches or so to be really effective, but every time I get it set up in the right position, it ends up just shifting back up as we drive. It’ll be great in another few months once my baby’s bigger. For now, it gives me a great view of the top of her head.

a great peace-of-mind

I was torn between purchasing a baby car mirror with a pivot/rotating arm or this flat one. I'm glad I got this flat mirror as it works well and it lies flat against my seat. It's easy to install and I put a burp cloth behind the top part of it to give it a better angle. The baby shows up clear and is not distorted. It doesn't move when I'm driving. Though sometimes I knock into the mirror when putting my baby in the car seat so I have to fix it, but figured if I had a mirror with a pivoting/rotating arm that I would be more likely knock into it as it sticks out further. I've used it in both a 2015 Subaru Legacy and 2015 Honda Accord in the back right seat's headrest. Yes, it does create a small blind spot because the mirror is bigger than the headrest which I was worried about but it's the trade off for seeing the baby clearly. I got this mirror because I drive alone and wanted to check on my baby to see if he was sleeping, unhappy, or in distress. Recently my little one was crying while I was on the highway and I checked in the mirror and saw his hat fell over his eyes so I reached my arm back and lifted up his hat. It is important to note that once it nighttime and dark outside, you can hardly see into the mirror unless you are at the traffic light or a car's headlights shine a certain way into your car.

Buen tamaño, diseño y calidad

Entre tantos productos similares, dudé si comprar este espejo, revisando las publicaciones me decidí y espero les sirva mi opinión. El espejo tiene muy buen tamaño, es ligeramente convexo, lo que permite ver más área del asiento trasero. La imagen la aleja un poco, muy similar al espejo retrovisor de los carros. El marco es de tela parecido a una lona, al reverso tiene un soporte con un alambre flexible para acomodarlo a la forma del respaldo, también cuenta con velcro y un cinturón con gancho para la fijación ideal. Durante la conducción no se mueve prácticamente nada, incluso pasando sobre baches y topes. En general es buen producto, dice que está probado contra rupturas, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Fue la mejor opción entre tantos para elegir

Se me hace impresionante lo caro que son estos espejos y no encuentras uno de buena calidad..Los “baratos” entre 300-500 pesos son pésimos no duran nada y los caros arriba de ese precio hasta los 800 y algo están solo Ok.. Aunque son indispensables porque nos quitan el pendiente al voltear a ver al bebé en el carros. Son esos artículos que piensas que no son necesarios comprar por el precio tan ridículo hasta que estás en el carro con tu bebé y no puedes verlo. De todos los modelos que vi, leí reseñas y comprare precios esté está bien.

Podría ser bueno...

En general el producto no me gusto para el precio debería de tener mejor calidad. el espejo se me resbaló al instalarlo y se rayó debería de ponerle algún tipo de protección ya que como el rayón es directo en el cromo pues ni intentar quitarlo ya que lo rayarías más. Y ahí otro problema limpiarlo hay que hacerlo con mucho cuidado para no rayarlo demasiado. En lo funcional es de buen tamaño y tienes buena visión del bebé. Los agarres se van aflojando y por ende hay que estarlo volviendo a apretar para que no se caiga.
