These clamps only really seem to work if they are fully closed, as you can not pull on the chain very much before they pop off making you seem that you are not in control of the situation or the fact that you don't know what you are doing. I have had a hard time fining good nipple clamps for awhile but these work in a pinch, although fully closed they are not for the faint of heart as they pinch very hard. But still a nice thing to add to your collection.

These do not tighten, they only loosen. The pressure on them is good, though. I placed them so they weren't too painful because I'm nursing and was fine the next day. The chain is a good length but the clamps can come off pretty easily so definitely don't use lube with them. I recommend these for beginners and people with especially large and sensitive nipples. I'd give them 5 stars but they come off quite easily.

I LOVE THESE! I really like having my tits in clamps, but these are awesome. You can adjust the bite, which is awesome because sometimes you are more sensitive, or just want a little more pain. This is the first pair I have purchased with a chain. I like the chain, the weight feels amazing when tugged, I just wish the chain was a little longer so I could bite and pull when I am on my back (size 38Ds, so it little too far away from my mouth when on my back). My only complaint is when the nipple is wet they slip off with minimal movement.

Very weak grip.
I thought having the ability to tighten them would make the grip nice. They hardly grip at all and the tightening mechanism is useless. Really cute, but won't suffice for real play. If you only want to 'look' the part, they look nice. (And for the record, I've never used any kind of clamps before, so it's not just that I'm used to this sort of thing).

Slip off constantly. If I move around with them on, even gently, they fall off within a few minutes. The little plastic pieces have no grip to them, and the metal clamp beneath is toothed, so there's no wearing them without the plastic. By the time I get them tight enough to stay on, they're downright painful. Perhaps this would be less of an issue with smaller nipples (they're comfortable at about 1/4" open on me). A few of the pros are that they feel like decent quality (brand is Swedish Erotica, fwiw), the weight is just right, and the length is perfect (11.5" excluding the clamps). Nonetheless, we'll be purchasing another set in the future, as these just don't cut it.

Nice clamps for those new to nipple play.
These clamps work best on larger nipples so they are not ideal for use on typical male nipples. You can get them on but it will take a little more work. If you're not sure of your partner's pain thresh hold these are well worth their price when you're ready to move on from clothes pins. They can be used on other areas with fantastic results so don't be afraid to think outside the box.

They are just not strong enough. Maybe if you've never used clamps before and this was your first foray they'd serve but I think most folks will find they just don't have enough "bite." When you first see the adjusting screws you might think "Ah hah! I screw these in to make the clamps tighter." Nope. Screwing them in backs off the pressure applied by the spring. With the screws backed off all the way, you have 100% of the spring's strength squeezing the tips together and it is just not strong enough (at least for me). I'm glad I purchased the Doc Johnson Clover Nipple Clamps at the same time.
