Fit My '95 Mustang GT Perfectly.
After many hours of research regarding the front and rear wheel stud knurl sizes for a stock 94/95 Mustang GT (SN95) hub assembly and axle shaft, I think I finally have it figured out. Front Wheel Stud= .580" (Moroso 46185) Rear Wheel Stud= .615" (Moroso 46180) By going with these size studs, the concensus says that one should able to "pull" the wheel studs in without having to ream or widen the stud hole. I decided to go ahead and test this theory, and so far this rings true for at least the front studs. I was able to get the 46185 studs into the front relatively easily. The rear wheel studs come in tomorrow and I will update how the 46180 studs fit. Just remember, you will most likely need open ended lug nuts to run these extended studs. I also highly recommend some type of impact gun, be it electrical or air or what have you. I first tried inserting these into the hub assembly, sticking a stack of washers or a socket against the hub assembly over the stud, followed by an old throwaway lug nut, and from there tried to alternate between tightening the lug nut to "pull" the stud into the hub and smashing the stud with a hammer to set it further. While this technique kind of worked, it merely set the screws half way into the hub at most, and there was no way I was going to be able to fully set the studs this way. Surprisingly enough, in the end, it was some little 1/4 inch 18 volt DeWalt Impact Driver (Part #DC825B) that saved the day and allowed me to finish the job! haha. Yeah that's all I had at my disposal, but it worked, just barely! Oh and just a tip, wheel studs seem to be easier to install by first leaving them in the freezer for a bit, and then applying anti seize lubricant around the knurl when ready to install! Let me know if anybody has any questions, I'll try to help! I feel your pain. Simple wheel stud replacement, huh? Not entirely. haha

Needed for tech inspection at Bonneville Salt Flats
Needed to redrill hubs to 37/64" to press into hubs.

I'm happy with these wheel studs!
Worked great! Pressed them into my 2015 mustang hubs, and they fit just fine.

they are perfect. I am using them on a 02 Mustang ...
I bought this pack after i managed to mangle another stud in a pack I got from a speed shop. I tried using the Lisle stud installation tool with a lug nut. Forget that and remove the hub and press these in. Once in, they are perfect. I am using them on a 02 Mustang with prostars on the front.

Cheaper than the ARP set but same strength and more than enough for the horse power and use most people are dealing with.

Poor fit
I bought new MOOG replacement front 94/95 Hubs to put these in. Had to have the hubs machined to make these fit. Some of the studs where .65 and even .85 knurl! The first place I took them too broke 1 trying to pull them through. (After I had given up doing these myself, I had done plenty of them before on other cars.) Machine shop had to remove abs ring, slightly machine holes and press in. Turned what should have been a easy project into a big headache and cost me another 100$ at a machine shop.
