Made in Taiwan, second to made in Japan.
The media could not be loaded. Bought two of these, fit my 1999 Silverado 5.3 2wd. Runs good so far. Lug studs machining was smooth ASF. Bearing to knuckle torque (15mm) should be 133 ft-lb, but I did only 125 ft-lb. Good enough. Caliper bracket to knuckle 120 ft-lb (18mm) Caliper (Torx, I converted to 18mm) is 80 ft-lb. I did only 60 ft-lb. Good enough.

Check for locator bolt hole. Does not have it on this one.
This fit the 2006 GMC Sierra 2wd I put it on. But the original hub had a locator hole that the disc brake rotor located and fastened onto the hub. Disc rotor sort of flopped on the hub until the wheel was installed. Was worried at first, but after researching, some brands don't make a replacement hole since this is mainly used for factory assembly. Moog does have another part number that does appear to have this hole. But it also seems that a lot of replacement rotors don't have the hole either. So if you want exact OEM fit, skip this one. But if you want the price, use it, and it'll be fine. I did this for my M-I-L to save her money over the holidays so budget was more important than exact replacement. Everything else is perfect. WORD TO THE WISE: Don't flip over the dust guard behind this hub. I did because I was doing it while I was tired and forgot to pay attention. It fit but it scrubbed against the rotor slightly. I fixed it but doing it twice is no fun, but the second time around only took about 5 minutes. You might also want to invest in some lock tite as it seem the caliper bolts were loctited on with some yellow stuff. It takes some force to break loose. Impact wouldn't do it. Torque all the mounting bolts and wheel nuts back to value though for peace of mind.

Worked perfectly
Bought this for my 2wd 2001 Suburban after the factory recall didnt fix my ABS from activating at low speed. I probably could have just replaced the sensor but the vehicle is 20 years old with 170k miles. So i decided to just replace the whole hub. I bought 2 - one for each front wheel since i didnt know which side had the bad sensor. I replaced the driverside first which fixed the issue. The old hub was very difficult to remove (watch some youtube). Since i had such i hard time removing the hub and the issue is fixed, i decided to return the second hub. I will wait until i need to replace to other side, but i will buy another moog 515054 when its needed

This is one part NOT to cheap out on
Wheel bearings are something NOT to cheap out on. (I admit it, I learned my lesson) I replaced the wheel bearings on my Silverado in October 2018 with lower cost ones from another retailer. This October, they were starting to make noise and were wearing out. I ordered these MOOG wheel bearings as I have heard of the name and the associated quality. The bearings actually seem to weigh more than the cheaper ones they replaced. Only time will tell how long these MOOG bearings will last. For now, I'm happy A little tip to help remove the old wheel bearings (instead of banging on them forever with a hammer)????????????: Pound out one of the wheel studs from the old hub. Get a bolt and nut, make sure the bolt will go through the wheel stud hole. Pass the bolt through the wheel stud hole, fasten the nut to the bolt and use a wrench or locking pliers to hold the nut. Use an impact gun or ratchet on the bolt head and tighten it up. Make sure the end of the bolt is pushing against the steering knuckle. Loosen it off and gradually do the same to different areas of the knuckle. The old bearing will eventually come off without hardly any effort, as opposed to banging on the thing for days on end???? Use some emery cloth or sandpaper on the bore in the steering knuckle to clean up the mating surfaces, then install the new wheel bearing. The wheel bearing to steering knuckle bolts for my Silverado are torqued at 133ft/lbs, per factory specs.

cant complain. Moog is always quality
i have around 5000kms on it so far and no problems. Time will always tell tho. I drive 2500kms per week as im an out of town courier so i dont cheap out on parts like wheel bearings. I will update this review after another 20k or so and so on. I do approx. 120k + per year so i will put it to use :)
