Damaged parts
I could tell by the package when it arrived that there would be some damaged parts. Submitted to customer service to get replacement parts, we will see how that works out. Instructions are not very easy to follow, no descriptions at all just pictures. All parts were included this is a plus. Took quite a while to assemble even with my husbands help. Over one hour just for the shell, still haven't finished the drawers. It does seem to be solid. Will add to review once the drawers are done.

What you expect.
After reading all the reviews I was hesitant to purchase but did anyhow. Its exactly what you would expect. Particle board with a good looking laminate. It took me 1 hour to assemble, with my 8 yr old helping. Came out great. To everyone having issues, slow down. Its particle board and not forgiving. Be precise and only tighten till snug. Directions were decent. I did go back and cross reference a few items but a little common sense goes a long way. Weakest point is the top. The top skin is a little thinner that I would have liked, but for the price I really can't complain. Worst case have a local glass company make you a glass top for it. Still a good value even if you go that far. Bonus feature was the plug covers. Makes it look like a solid piece when used. All in all, good product for the money.

Can not use for legal sized hanging folders
This file cabinet was pretty easy to assemble but can not be used with legal size hanging folders. Unfortunately I didn't find this out until AFTER the cabinet was completely assembled. I was faced with the option of taking the bottom drawer apart to move the hanging brackets and switch to standard size folders or trimming down all of my hanging folders.....you can see in the photo that I did the later. Standard size legal folders measure 4.75 inches across.....the drawer measures 4.5 :(

Beautiful, Great Customer Service
UPDATE: The company took a few more days, but did get back to me, and with a tracking number for the new piece! They apologized and were adamant to make it right, and they sure did! It has been holding up great ever since and looks absolutely amazing in my office! Ordered this filing cabinet and the matching desk. I don’t use my office too much, but with it being tax time it’s about to get some use! Unfortunately when I walked into my office the other day I noticed one of the folder file rack pieces had came through the front of the filing cabinet (pictures attached). I’m not too sure how this happened, especially since I haven’t put anything in that bottom part of the filing cabinet yet. My assumption is that the front piece was just a little weak and the pressure from the rack piece finally caught up to it. No worries - I decided I’d contact the manufacturer to see if they’d be able to help me out & send a replacement for that front panel. Unfortunately, I’ve emailed them twice now and haven’t received any response. Weak filing cabinet & even weaker customer support. Which is honestly a shame because like everything else I own from this company, this filing cabinet was beautiful.

The base on one side had the black paint all chipped up.
absolutely love this vase. I purchased this vase because it was matched with my wall colors little bit. It's a good size vase. Little more golden yellow in the color than in marroon. I am not saying the design is perfect, it does has some mistake here and there, but seriously who looks the vase from that close. It's still better than glass specially if you have children around you continuously knocking your things downs so often. The product is made of metal so little sturdier and stronger. It is also super lightweight. I feel like it's made with aluminium. I do not think you can use this vase outside for patio.The rain water can damage this vase. This is mainly for inside. The vase is 17 inches tall and around 4 inches wide from the base. Overall really like this product. I have this product almost 6 months. I did not notice the color deformation, chipping or even corrode. Great buy.

Tough to assemble
Looks like a good product but a nightmare to assemble. I’ve assembled a fair share of IKEA style furniture With no problems but this had me give up and hire someone to assemble for me. It wouldn’t be so horrid if only they had pre drilled the drawer roller holes so that you didn’t have to guess/painfully measure where to put them.

Really nice, but NOT legal size
I am surprised I didn't see this in the reviews, the dimensions are clearly shown on the website, 14.5 inches for the width of the drawer, but that is NOT the size of a legal folder - they are 14.75 inches, as I discovered when my brand new hanging folders wouldn't fit and I did a research on the internet to confirm. So the width would have needed to be 15 inches to make legal folders fit. Not a huge deal as I can use the letter size folders, but that means 1) taking apart the unit to change the pins, 2) return the stuff I bought, and 3) not being able to fully take advantage of the space in the drawer when space is very precious here, so not particularly happy. I may just trim them all with a pair of scissors, but again, not happy... Other than that the unit is great, took me about 2 hours to put together and I was really taking my time. Didn't realize that the "A" on the drawings was to glue the wood pins, since we don't glue them when we put together Ikea units, I didn't understand what the rectangular thingies on the designs were. Now that I have to take it apart I'm glad I didn't glue them - even if you only glue one side, the glue spills out and probably would have glued the unit together and now I would be even more upset. I rated it a four because other than the legal size issue, the unit is really great, fits very well with the rest of my furniture, I like the 5th caster that will prevent the unit from tipping over when my file drawer is full.

Very nice, beautiful cabinet! (brown cabinet)
Definitely not easy to assemble, it has about 70-80 assembly I missed one while I was adding the middle bar support, but the fact that almost every part has multiple support parts I was able to get away with it. Using glue to harden the connections and make it sturdier makes it nice and sturdy. Its a very nice cabinet that looks like a luxury piece with the right combination of desks. It rolls easily, and parks nicely with the breaks. The drawers open nicely. The 2 top drawers are not very deep, so organizational skills are needed.
