Tons of large scratches
I was so excited to receive these rain chains after researching other brands. I ordered two rain chains and received them with a ton of scratches. Each lotus down the whole chain has a ton of scratches and chipped paint. These looked used. Needless to say I super disappointed and will be sending them back. UPDATE: I reordered new ones and I absolutely love them. The size and quality exceed my expectations. The new ones did have a few scratches, but they are not very noticeable. I would definitely recommend.

It worked very well!
Looks attractive. But the unanswered question after installation was how well would it work. We just had our first rain since installation. It worked extremely well! Seems it will hold up and do fine for the rest of our rainy season. The storm did bring in periods of heavy downfall. The rain chain handled the heavy rainfall exactly as advertised. Pleased with the purchase.

Fantastic product...I'll be buying another
The media could not be loaded. After a lot of research and looking at a "zillion" different rainchains, I decided on this chain based on our Washington rainy weather, volume of rain, and other reviews. We had vinyl gutters and I was concerned with heavy downpours. Instead of using the provided hanging hook which hangs on the gutter itself for support, I placed a single 3.5 inch torque screw partially into the facia inside the gutter valley and used it to hang the provided rainchain triangle bracket. I also used a ceramic pot to to create an anchor and to collect water. I drilled some holes in the bottom of the pot, dug a hole, filled with about 6 inches of rock to set on, then more rocks to the surface around the pot. Some rocks inside the pot as well to anchor chain. Our ground is very porous==we live in the forest. Water continues to flow into the pot after 8 hours of rain and has yet to overflow out the pot. Very happy customer.

Works Very Well
The media could not be loaded. Added this rain chain to a custom designed bucket. It collects water from about 12' of gutter at the front entrance of our house. Even in a prolonged heavy rain it diverts almost all water straight down. Vary happy with it, installed 3 months ago.

Very nice
The media could not be loaded. This was very easy to install, and I am happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend the extra large cup sIze, we get heavy rains here and I think there would have been to much splatter with the smaller ones. Hopefully the video will work, sounds wonderful!

Good quality
We've had these up for a few months now and they've weathered several heavy storms as well as lighter rainy days. They work well, there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of splash off of them, and they are much nicer to look at than the gutters we have elsewhere. I was not able to shorten them which we really needed to do for one of the 2 we bought, but it wasn't a huge deal.

Very happy with this rain chains capacity to cope with heavy showers
We purchased this rain chain because of its extra large cup size and 2 inch hole on the base of the cups. Our roof line has a valley which collects a large volume of water added with numerous leaves from deciduous trees our previous gutters and down pipes were unable to cope causing water to flow back into our eaves. By installing this rain chain the water has been able to flow through at a fast pace flushing leaves with it. (Obviously we still clean leaves from our gutters regularly) We have been very happy with our installation and have had falls of 50mm in a couple of hours to test it. Plus it makes a attractive entrance feature. Delivery was prompt, and the rain well made easy to install.

They look good, and sound great.
The media could not be loaded. The cups are bigger than I expected, despite many reviews here saying as much. Big is good. It gets 4 stars instead of 5 just because I think it's expensive for what it is, but that goes for all rain chains that I could find. In my install I run the bottom cup into the ground where it feeds into a buried pipe to direct the water away from my foundation.

Attractive but no provision for length adjustment
The rain chain comes well-packaged and all assembled. The chain length was one cup too long for my application and there is no method to readily remove a cup. The ends of the connecting links are stamped flat after passing through the round holes in the cups so the link cannot be pushed back through the hole to disengage an individual cup from the assembled chain. It would be a simple matter to include a horizontal slot in the cup holes so the flattened end of the link can be pushed through to the inside thus enabling easy link and cup removal. Simpler still would be to not stamp the link ends flat after assembly. In my case, I had to cut the cup above the link hole (it's soft metal) and bend back the cut edges enough to remove the link. Still, a very attractive rain chain after installation.

Does what it says
A little too long. I don't have the tools to break the chain to release the 3 lower cups. Otherwise it would be great
