NOT POLISHED NICKEL

Product is great, but the color choice options are misleading. It is NOT polished nickel. I ordered one in polished nickel, but when it arrived it was brushed nickel. I ordered a replacement thinking there was a mix up, but the serial number ends in BN, which I assume stands for Brushed Nickel. In looking at the product description it says both colors which is confusing. I'm returning both and will order in the proper POLISHED NICKEL finish elsewhere. I knew the price was too good to be true for polished nickel. Also packaging side note, the Moen box they both arrived in wasn't taped shut at all. Anyone could've opened the box at any time and taken the items inside. Luckily no one had either time, but you'd think they would seal the boxes for extra security.

Holds Heavy Shower Head Properly.

Extra long curved shower pipe securely holds heavy shower head at the right angle and high enough to fit my 6’2” height.

Don’t Expect Careful Shipping

Easy to install obviously. Product is not as refined, or detailed as one would think for an $80 shower arm, but nicer than a $20 one. It actually could be a bit more sturdy, or have better threading, but it will serve it’s intended purpose. I actually have more of an issue with the shipment itself. The box had no taping whatsoever, literally just pull the tab and it’s open, not secure at all. May seem petty, I get that, but I expect more from MOEN, I actually tried 2 others before opting to go ahead and spend the extra money. For that extra money, I got extra box with free space. The flange wasn’t in a sealed plastic bag, so it actually shifted itself out and was loose in the box, because as you can see, NO PACKING material. Normally I object to the excess amount of packing supplies, but with something lightweight in a bigger box, SOME bracing or cushioning wrap would have been nice. Not necessarily impressed with MOEN.

your products are great and your customer service is also pretty awesome

As someone who is 6'2", it's quite hard for me to give up 3" of space on a downrod. The solution is this, which also gives 6 more inches away from the shower wall. The problems with this: The deco piece on the left end of this illustration was so loose that it never fit flush. Didn't really go with our Brantford design anyway, so it wasn't that much of a problem. The second is more of an issue: there is no way that a piece so simple should cost so much. Moen, your products are great and your customer service is also pretty awesome, but charging nearly $100 for a decorative bent metal pipe is atrocious.

Perfect but pricey

Paired it with a Kohler Forte Rain shower head that was initially driving me nuts. Remodeled my bath and made a point to raise the shower outlet way higher than it was originally. Problem was that the Kohler shower head comes with about a 7" arm. It's so close to the wall that you had to duck anyway - and I'm not that tall. Installed this arm, removed the restrictor in the rain head, and this is now perfect. Went ahead and bought another for the guest bath that has the same setup. Both of these are tub showers. It is expensive but I am glad I bought it. Life is just to short to deal with a poor setup.

paired with a Moen rain can shower head in existing shower and worked per perfectly to lift out to center of our tiled walk in.

Pretty much does what it's supposed to

This show head arm matched the finish of our Moen rain shower head, and get's it out from the wall. The only thing I don't like about it, is that the shower head still won't go completely level to the ground. Why Moen wouldn't bend it a smidge more, or include it in the shower head kit is beyond me. Nonetheless, it's the best option that I could find, and seems to be of good quality.

Perfect for the shower

This Shower Head Arm was perfect for our needs. The shower arm that came with our new shower head made the shower too low. This gives the extra 6 inch height my husband needed.

tutto quasi perfetto

Il prodotto corrisponde a pieno alla descrizione ed è molto bello. Eccessivo forse il prezzo ma non esistono alternative sul mercato di questo prodotto. Unica nota negativa è che ho pagato di più per la spedizione rapida ma è arrivato comunque con 4 giorni di ritardo. Per il resto lo consiglio se cercate un braccio doccia satinato per rialzare il punto di attacco del soffione doccia.
