Really an amazing value
I love this sink. The button to boost water pressure is my favorite thing in the world. Upgrading from a simple sink to this was one of the best (and cheapest) remodeling decisions we've made in our relatively new house. We did have our plumber install while he was over doing something else, so I can't speak to the installation personally, but it took him maybe 5 minutes.

the best
i bought this faucet from a lot of people who recommended this faucet.. Great move this is a super faucet and makes my kitchen more modern.. it has lot of good features. i had my plumber install it that was a good move because it was done correctly. when i received this faucet the box was not taped so i thought some parts were missing but i was wrong because i found out that is how its packed so there was no problem. very happy.

Just Nice In Every Way!
Our kitchen faucet has been a piece of junk for years. No water flow, usually leaked when turned off, developed a leak at the base, at the bottom of the swivel. So, we shopped hard. I brought the wife back here and we shopped together. She wanted a pull down faucet because our daughter has one. I definitely didn't want a Price-Pfister this time. It was about as easy to install as it could have been. Getting the old faucet out was actually harder. The one snag was our fault. Our (under sink) water filter's kind of a piece of junk, too. It has one of those retarded saddle clamps. You install that over the water line and the first time you turn it off, it punches a hole in your water line. It never did leak, but I had to go to the hardware store and play musical fittings. I had to come up with a T fitting with male on one end, female on the other end and a different size on the third leg. I ended up needing two fittings and a short piece of copper tubing and one extra nut and compression fitting. Had it not been for that, this would have been a breeze! The fittings on the hot and cold supply lines(on this faucet) don't use compression sleeves; they use rubber grommets. MUCH better!! The pull down hose connects to another hose coming out the bottom of the faucet. This was so ingenious! It literally snaps together! You just push the two hoses together and it's connected! (There's a spring loaded release mechanism so it can be taken back apart.) It's held down on the center hole by a nut. Moen provided a plastic tool with a different size on each end. You put the right end over the nut and put a screwdriver through the hole at the other end and tighten it firmly. The base plate they give you covers the other sink holes on a three hole sink. You're done! It's massive, impressive, and pretty gorgeous! We chose the stain resistant stainless steel one and it matches our sink perfectly and looks kind of "futuristic". The head has a very free moving swivel. On the head there's a flip button | lever that changes it from stream to spray. It goes back to stream by itself when you turn it off. It also has a button that adds water pressure when you push it. It also returns to less water when you turn the faucet off. The lever must go on the right side, the instructions say. It's installed and assembled and the whole thing with the lever drops into the sink. To use it, you move the lever to the right to turn it on and you rotate it up for hot or down for cold; it moves 90 degrees. The pull down function is real nice. They provide you with a weight that snaps onto the pull down hose, which is under the sink. Ours gets slightly stuck on a dishwasher drain hose. I need to get back under there some day and just move that hose out of the way. If it weren't for that, it would be perfectly smooth and perfect. DO NOT get the soap dispenser you can purchase with it on its page. There's another on made by Kraus that's much better. The nozzle is much longer and solves the problem of soap all over the counter and sink that many reviewers complain about with the shorter nozzle. It held an entire 22.6 ounce bottle of Dawn when we filled it, even though the docs say 17 ounce capacity. It went into the hole in the back right corner of the sink that we had left over from the sprayer that was part of the old faucet. And, though I was worried, it had absolutely no problem fitting next to the sink bowl underneath, which is another problem reviewers complained about. Just couldn't really be more pleased! It's a stiff price, but anything stainless steel is. The old "You get what you pay for" thing. Last software update fixed my only complaint
The motion sensor on the faucet works well. I have only accidently triggered it a couple times. This variant of the faucet does not support gestures like the newest model. It will either turn on to the setting of the handle or it can be configured in the app to the desired temp. The newer model uses gestures to pick the temp. e.g. swipe right for hot, left for cold. At least with my voice, there are some quirks with how the presets need to be named for them work. Some phrases fail to be recognized when I speak them even though they get listed from the "list presets" command. For example, I have one called "tiny splash" but the command "alexa, ask moen to fill tiny splash" always results in it saying it can't find it. Most work fine however. The major complaint I had with this fault was the flow control. It had 2 flow rates--90% and 100% regardless of being invoked with the handle or app. As of 1/9/2023, that issue has been fixed. What I thought was a hardware limitation must have been a software bug as now the flow can be controlled nicely from about 10% to 100%. I think my last faucet had a slightly slower minimum, but I cannot think of a use for such a slow rate. Watering small plants is the only thing I use a reduced flow for and that works fine now. Small tip if you don't want to have to say "Alexa, ask Moen to fill" every time--create a normal Alexa routine with any voice prompt you desire and have it run a custom action with the explicit command. e.g. you could map "Alexa, water bottle" to "ask Moen to fill water bottle".

Motion wave sensor in awkward spot
I researched these faucets but didn't think the location of the sensor would be an issue. It can be at times when your running to get things in order and need to dash out . I find it just a bit daunting to clean the countertops and woosh! the sensor is activated. This happens quite frequently when moving items on the countertop or cleaning. Not a huge deal but just a thought if sensor were located somewhere on the neck of the faucet, this would solve the problem and save H20. It's the main issue, each time the sensor is accidentally activated, water is unintentionally wasted and we live in a drought state.

Great product!
My only concern was how the product was shipped to me. The box was not taped or sealed when it arrived to my residence. It concerned me at first, because I was afraid that a small part could have easily fell out of the box.

Moen Made
Love the quality of Moen BUT beware that the no hands for the faucet will be going on and off if you’ve got a dishwasher attached to your waterline…

Easy to install, good flow rate and seems solid so far.
Replaced my (not so) old (Sustainable Solutions’s Fluid F821) faucet with this Moen. The old faucet flow rate had deteriorated to the point that my on-demand water heater would not supply hot water (4 l/min) and the spray/stream adjuster was worn out. It took me around 30 mins to swap out the old with the new so installation was easy. I used an Allen key through the supplied installation tool holes to tighten it to the counter top and an adjustable wrench for the flexible hoses so no need for special tools. So far the faucet is working great. The standard flow rate I am getting is 6 l/min and even more with the flow boost so lots of hot water and I can fill the sink, kettle, pots in half the time. The only minor annoyance is that I’m struggling to get the hose to pull out and retract due to the piping / garburator under my sink. I’m hoping this will be resolved when the Moen hose guide arrives next week! Other than that I think it’s a great faucet at a good price.

Effet wow

Good Decision
We’ve just installed the faucet. Easy peasy. Seems to be working well. We love the finish and the heft compared to cheaper faucets.
