Decent for the price, but definitely upgrade the wheels
This chair arrived with all the necessary parts and no damage. The assembly instructions are easy to follow and it only took about 20 minutes to put together. It might take a little longer if you aren't familiar with assembling office chairs. The seat is not overly uncomfortable, but most people would want to add a seat cushion if they will be sitting on it for a prolonged period of time. Also, and this is a major "must do", upgrade to better wheels. The ones that come with it, while a standard type, don't appear made to last. Save yourself the hassle later and just buy better ones now to use when you assemble this chair.

Foot stand slips down.
Foot ring won't hold weight and slips down. Even when tightened.

Lasted 21 months. I can't expect much more for the money.
The chair is comfortable. Everything held up well, except the cylinder. Which now fails frequently, causing the height to have to be readjusted several times a day. It's time to order a new chair. I will consider buying this one again, if I can't find a clearly better product.

Seems Sturdy Blue is a bit more subdued than in the picture
got the chair so I could use it at a work table that I raised using to use as a standing desk using these: https://www.amazon.com/Utopia-Bedding-Premium-Adjustable-Furniture/dp/B073WFCV1L/ref=pd_rhf_ee_s_rp_c_2_4?pd_rd_w=ZhlVH&pf_rd_p=454eda66-575d-4584-9511-fd768a5c8a77&pf_rd_r=M0GKNB8BNDE08YAK8796&pd_rd_r=3d65db47-c61f-49ef-91cf-5bd6f298eec4&pd_rd_wg=CKtu8&pd_rd_i=B073WFCV1L&psc=1 I also wanted to be able to use it as a standard desk as well. Does not go as low as I thought but low enough to be at a desk height that is not an uncomfortable sitting position (arms mostly level for me to have my elbows at a right angle while typing. Seat pad is well cushioned, I do not feel the solid area under the pad. The foot rail is sturdy, one of the reason I bought this one is the others' foot rail all seemed too wimpy for me., and I read that was the case in other chair reviews. went together quite easily, all holes lined up enough to get it together without any severe adjustments. REMEBER leave screws loose until they are all in the holes and not cross threaded, There is a bit of locktite on each one as to not allow them to back out so you will feel a tiny bit of bit bit of resistance but it is tiny, if it feels too much back out and try again. Everything is heavy duty plastic and will bend a tad to adjust the holes as needed, except the base to the seat cushion but the holes in the metal base are slotted enough to make up for the misalignment you get in cheap goods from china . Jiggle the pieces you are putting together to allow you to get the screws in finger tight to ensure no cross-threading, they are fine threads and I get could easily be stripped There are extra bits of hardware in case you lose a few thing, nice with how these small things always seem to get lost on me. Seat overhang area is padded to very comfortable when you sit back or hang your legs and let them swing. Back lumbar curve sticks out a lot but you can push back on it and it gives (there is NO back tilt and the tilt know on the bottom was a pain to adjust and only tilted the whole seat back ant that raised the front of the pad to an uncomfortable pitch (for me at lease) I tend to sit off the rear of the seat anyway while I am working. Time will tell how ling it lasts and How comfortable it will be for a full day of work. I will update after I have done that.

Very comfortable chair
Chair is super comfortable. Worth the money. I ordered this chair because it said it would be delivered before Christmas. Due to weather it arrived a week late. My husband and is completely happy with it so it was worth the wait. Only complaint is the adjustable foot rest doesn’t stay in place well.

You get what you pay for
This chair is what you'd expect in the $100 - $150 range. The main frame and mechanism (Pneumatic Seat Height Adjustment, wheel base, etc.) are decent quality. Fabric and casters are lower quality but the biggest drawback is the Tilt function. I paid extra for this chair, compared to chairs around $100 without tilt feature, so I am very disappointing that it doesn't work as advertised. It tilts about 2" and squeaks. Assembling was straightforward and took about 30 minutes. I am keeping it ONLY because it's too much hassle to take it apart. I will spend a little more to get a better quality chair next time.

Quality chair but not optimal comfort
A well built chair that is easy to adjust. However, there is too little seat padding, and the so-called waterfall design means it does not fully support one's thighs. I disliked that I had to fold my legs inward to use the footrest.

Overall satisfied
Shopping for a chair that is higher than usual was hard. I decided to take that one to work from home and I'm overall satisfied. For that price, you get what you paid for. The assembly was easy but I stripped two screws, even after trying to install them proprely over and over. The chair is comfy, and looks really nice in my office. The lombar support is great.

Mediocre chair for my art studio
Easy to assemble and attractive chair. Nice wide seat and good cushioning. Supportive high back. I'm 5 feet tall. Rolls around nicely. HOWEVER.... After 2 days, it makes annoying popping sound when I lean back or forward. Feels kinda chintzy. Also, the foot rest keeps slipping down, no matter how hard you tighten the knob.

A Nice Tall Blue Chair... Funky Style!
Received the chair in good order. When assembling, I took out all the pieces and organized my area. The instructions are simple and one pager that is easy to follow. I found working on a high table to construct was very helpful. Two of the screws that I was tightening were so hard to turn, and not sure why but had to put in some really good elbow grease to get them in. I found the footrest a little clumsy as it tightens with just a hand knob and tends to slide down with a little pressure from your foot resting on it or a slight push of pressure when sitting. The seat is comfortable. I actually bought an extra cushion from Amazon for my old chair and thought to use it, but no need as the seat is comfortable. The back has good support from the mesh and is curved nicely for your back. The chair does not recline which is totally fine. I picked up the chair when it was on sale and is well built. I like that the arm rests can be lifted or brought down. The blue color is very trendy and good mesh quality. I can also use the chair on my high table or low table depending on the change that I need.

Great chair, except for two screws
I purchased this for my at home office, and love it. My only complaints are that when assembling it, there is one screw for the right side arm rest that refuses to screw into the chair properly (thankfully there are multiple screws holding each arm rest on). I saw that comment on the same chair in another colour, so I didn't get that colour, because I thought that maybe they were made on different lines, but I was wrong. The other complaint is that the foot rest screw in knob to hold it onto the post is really hard to access to get it truly tight. Once you've tightened it most of the way, you're kinda having to squeeze your hand in between other support beams to try to hold the knob, so I can never get it totally tight, and it slides down the post over time. I think next time I have to fix it again, I'm going to stick a piece of something gritty inside it, to give it more grip against the post. Other than that, it was in my price range, I love that the arm rests can be up or down depending on my mood, and the height is perfect for my counter-height desk. I also really like that the foot rest has a flatter side to it, verses some of the other chairs that are just a round bar wrapped in a circle; it's nicer on your feet if you're not wearing shoes. If you're a heavier person, the padding on the seat cushion might not last super long for you. I'm pretty light, and I'm already noticing spots where it has compressed. But considering I went from a hard wooden stool to this, it's still an upgrade, even with the reduced padding hahaha!

It's alright
The chair is okay but I wish it could be adjusted to lean back. This chair sits straight and since becoming pregnant I can't sit in it anymore. Otherwise its alright.
