Runs small
Initial thoughts - Switching over from Brooks, it seems like these run a half size smaller. I.e., an 8 in Brooks probably translates to 8.5 in Mizuno. Hopefully they will be ok. But they’re definitely snugger than I’m used to. Update - I broke these in a little before running in them (bending, twisting and stretching them with my hands in the snug parts) and when I ran on them they stretched a bit more, so now they are perfect. So I guess it’s ok if they feel a bit snug as long as the length is good.

Walking shoe
This is a good walking shoe for those who might have more pain in their heel. The heal is elevated with support. However, their is more pressure under the toes when walking or running over 3 miles. It’s not noticeable at first. The shoe does have support and is comfortable but not as good as my ASICS runners, so I end up not wearing them as much. I think trying more supportive socks for the toe area might help. I recommend going up 1/2 size for these. I wear a 9 and bought 9.5.

Best Workout Shoes
There are only two brands I buy for running/walking/working out - Mizuno and Asics. I love Mizunos because they fit well (a little tight at first) and the foot padding is great - not to mention they are very stylish. My feet feel totally supported in these, and what's great is they don't have to be broken in with blisters - I can wear them straight out of the box. They may not work for everybody, but this is my fourth pair - they are awesome in my book.

Cute and comfy
I wasn't sure what to expect. Then I put them on. My foot was supported, it felt like i was walking on pillows. I felt like I could walk for hours and I have. They are now well broken in and I now understand why people pay hundreds of dollars on shoes. Worth every penny.

Size Up
Bought these because they showed up on a list as a good stability shoe for runners who overpronate. I usually run in Brooks Adrenaline. These are lighter than the Adrenaline and less supportive, but still good for short run days. I typically wear a size 9 shoe, but these are just a little too snug. Not enough to return them, but I wish I'd gotten the 9.5 or 9W.

Excellent Shoes!
The cushion lasts! These are definitely worth the money. I'm hard on my sneakers and walk a LOT - I bought this same brand in tennis shoes to use for Pickleball and they lasted great, so tried these in running shoes to use for all of my dog walking. I've tried many other brands and so far these have been the best for durability, support and look great too!

Order 1/2 size up
I always wear the wave inspires in the same size but this pair runs half size too small. Returned, then reordered half size up and now they fit perfect! Always love getting a new pair of wave inspires bc I feel like I'm walking on clouds! I love everything about this shoe- especially the colors. I found the wave inspire line forever ago and won't wear anything else

Size up half a size
My last pair of these was the Mizuno Wave Inspire 2 and the new ones definitely run half a size smaller. Used to be a 6.5 and had to order the 7, which are actually almost too big. Other than that, love the pink color and the shoes are very comfortable.

Trainers too tight!
Very disappointing as they were far too tight.

Great shoe for moderate exerciser
Love the style, colours, material, fit. Fit does run a bit small. I wear them 2-3 times a week. Overall a great shoe for a decent price. If I were to use more often I would likely invest in a more expensive shoe.

Perfect
Arrived in perfect condition. I have worn Mizuno Wave shoes before and loved them. These were exactly what I was expecting. They are a beautiful colour (which in a corrective shoe can be difficult to find) and fit perfectly. They were slightly snug on my first wear however they do stretch out and on the second wear were perfect.

Comfortable
These are very comfy, I'm on my feet all day so I need good shoes. I wear 11 and ordered 12 and they fit perfect so I suggest you order the next size up.

Bye bye Nike
I have used Nike Zoom Pegasus for running, since I have high arches. But this shoe is another level of arch support and stability! It has kept me off plantar fasciitis and runner’s knee. I am a convert! Bye bye Nike!
