Connected Dishes Have Pointy Tips; Larger Than Expected

This MIND READER 2DISH-WHT DIAMOND-SHAPED JEWELRY/CANDY DISH (White, One Size) is a reasonably attractive piece, although it’s surprisingly large--about 12” across. It’s entirely ceramic, but the underside has a shiny silver glaze that almost fools you into thinking that the underside is made of metal. The top of the dish has a creamy white, almost beige glaze. The silver underglaze peeks through all along the edges of the two connected, diamond-shaped dishes, in order to accent the edges and define the two receptacles. Because the two dishes are diamond-shaped, rather than square or rectangular, the jewelry/candy dish has six very pointy tips. The tips aren’t exactly sharp, but they’re pointy enough to require you to handle the dish with care. Also, the pointy tips will be susceptible to chipping and/ or breakage. Overall, the dish is functional, and I like the color. However, I would like the dish much better if it were a little smaller, and if the two connected dishes were square instead of diamond-shaped.

Cute but not well made

This dish is definitely cute and I do use it for my jewelry when I need to take it off but, the edges are quite sharp and the pain is lifting so it's not well made at all. I would not recommend buying this product but since I have it I'll use it.

Color is off

This is supposed to be white ceramic. It is more of a beige with a silver metallic bottom. I won't be breaking it to make sure but it looks more like painted metal than ceramic. The finishing is also very badly done with the metallic color showing through the beige paint. It is usable but it is nowhere near as pretty as the picture and won't give the same effect so needs to be used in a place where utility is more important than beauty.

Decorative dish for holding keys!

Mind Reader Diamond Shaped Tray is perfect for holding small items such as keys, wallets, jewelry and coins. Decorative enough to keep the small items from becoming an eyesore. Top is overlaid with paper that isn’t completely covered on some of the edges but it still functions well and I put mod-podge along those edges to seal them. Now it’s easier to clean.

Very nice indeed!

This is just what I wanted it to be! I needed a nice place to put my keys, watches, or other jewelry when I get home especially after a long day. A nice place to put everything makes your space look organized and you don't have to worry about losing a thing! The two symmetrical bowls in a diamond shape are classy and elegant. Just a note that the flower bouquet and the glass vase in the current photo don't come with it. Just the lovely tray. Definitely something I'd recommend even as a gift idea! :)

Different and pretty

This seem to be hand made, and as a hand made piece it has imperfections that are part of its beauty. This doesnt look factory made so if that's what you are use too I dont suggest you getting this. If you like things more real looking or artistic then this is for you. Overall I like it and have been ask twice where I got it.

Beautiful.

Perfect in your bathroom or beside your bed. I keep this by my bed to put jewelry in or my false lashes when going to bed. I would say you can be v n use it as a candy dish or serving dish if you wanted. It really is pretty and versatile.
